This store location was impressive for a couple of years but lately it's been lacking. The deli staff used to be friendly and they would pay attention to what I was ordering but the deli meat counter isn't listening to my order and I often receive something else. Also, the hot food counter has been disappointing. The chicken, both fried and Rotisserie is dry and overcooked. The wings are always tough and hard and I've ordered 2 fried breasts several times and got thighs instead. The front employees and managers are always friendly and I really appreciate their service and but the deli department needs a lot of work with service and reception.

Before today I have liked Publix, but today the customer service was horrible, the food was horrible, and the overall way my issue was handled was unsatisfactory. I went in this evening to purchase some chicken and I asked the guy behind the counter if I could have a certain amount of pieces. He directed me to a little lone box of chicken that was sitting in the pickup area that happened to have the same number of pieces I requested. I told him I would rather have some fresh chicken because I didn't know how long that had been sitting out. He assured me it was one of the last batches made. Against my better judgment I got the box and asked him again if he was sure it was fresh. Got home and tasted the chicken and it was old. I threw it away because I don't trust old food and didnt want to get sick. I called the store to speak with the manager to discuss with him my dismay and my waste of money. The manager told me because I had thrown the chicken away and couldn't supply him with the timestamp on the chicken he couldn't help me. He did suggest in so many words that I could go through the trash and give him the timestamp, which I explained to him I shouldn't have to and wasn't going to do that. I'm not quite sure how I expected the situation to be handled, but an attitude of not caring and not being helpful was not it. I know the food didn't cost much but if I wanted to waste my money I could have just let it fly out the window instead of giving it to publix for free.

The past few times my girlfriend and I have been to this store, we have been treated awfully. The lady at the customer service desk barely said one word to me and just stared when I politely said thank you. We get glares from several of the staff. We’ve also been treated like we were stealing at self checkout. We’re not criminals and do not appreciate being treated that way. Publix is supposed to have outstanding customer service for everyone, including lgbtq customers, but this one is definitely lacking in that area.

It is like me at home. It's clean , neat, the people that work there are very friendly and some people that come to the store. I am from Detroit and I give the store five stars. I forgot where you get your food, they make sure you are satisfied before you leave.

Just like almost all of the Publix stores have visited, the staff was very attentive and genuinely happy to help. I came for the Banana Pudding and happened upon some BOGO sales items. Would recommend and have recommended often.

Publix is awesome. Customer service is great. Even though they can be pricey, it's worth it not to have to put up with the likes of a hood Walmart.

Lately I've noticed milk spoiling before expiration date, hamburger going bad the day after purchase, and the deli maple glazed ham smelling funny after a few days. I've shopped at this store for 10 years. Unfortunately, I will have to find a store that sells fresher food.
