Great steaks/ meat dept. I would argue the best cuts of meat that u will find of any major "grocery store". Butcher shop quality. Reminds of the old Bruno's stores and there quality meats. Highly recommend, but as always the case, you will have to pay a little more for good quality.

I started going out of my way in order to shop at the Piggy Wiggly on River Run. The customer service stands out above the other great features the store has to offer. It would get my vote for the best meat market around. The store looked great.

This piggly wiggly is a local treasure. Customer service, a wide variety of groceries at great prices. The meat dept is second to non and the best hot deli and salad bar. Their wine section is to die for. You won’t get meat, groceries or service like this in any of the big box stores.

We love the Pig! Great selection of meat and seafood. Also a big fan of the salad bar and my kids love eating on the porch overlooking the Cahaba. Their staff is alway so friendly and helpful.

Great store and spectacular service. Produce section is nicely set up with all you ask for. Butcher section best around.

Been a pigg fan 40 years starting in Crestline and Homewood then moving to river run with them when we also moved. Just perfect plsce...perfect atmosphere...best selections...always fres...staff? Like family. An experience

I love this place The people there are so friendly and kind and the food is remarkable outstanding the atmosphere is so lovely it's like you're still at Grandma ????

Has some great buys on meats and fish. The workers are friendly and helpful. They have coupons. Recommend it for sure.
