Employees do not wear gloves. I witnessed employee work register handle money and make another customer banana split without washing her hands nor put on gloves. The employees were pleasant and courteous.

My grandson and I stopped here for an after school treat! He ordered a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a cup and I ordered a small vanilla cone. I was surprised after I had finished eating our treats and looked at my ticket! I questioned the charge for a “small sundae, banana” and was told, “all we do is push the buttons!” I explained that he did NOT have a sundae or banana and his costs more than mine in a cone! There was no offer to please me; so instead of a treat, it was a trick!

DQ is not here, it is now called Local Roots (which is a fabulous burger spot, highly recommend). This location needs to be removed because there is no longer a DQ here. p.s. Chick-fil-a is very nearby and they have really good milkshakes :)

Ordered through Door Dash today and yet again was disappointed. I placed my order at 12:03. Ordered Four meals 3 with drinks and one blizzard. When the dasher arrived the had just dropped my food so she had to wait. The blizzard was already made so it started to melt. I did not receive my food until after 1pm. No drinks, fries looked and felt like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for more than an hour, blizzard completely melted, and the ranch that came with the chicken tender meals was expired and clumped together. This is the second time I have ordered from this location and drinks have been forgotten or something left out. Yes I went through door dash for the order issues and they were kind enough to compensate me for the items that were missing and I completely understand that restaurants are busy and potentially understaffed but I am disappointed on the quality of my food and that my drinks were left off once again. Not sure if I will be ordering again.

The workers here were so amazing and professional. Erika (hope I spelled her name right) was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met honestly! I would highly recommend coming here. The food was amazing and we will definitely be back next time we are in town!
