I don't normally write bad reviews, but I had to on this one. This is the WORST Subway I have ever been to. Today I walked out with 3 sandwiches, 2 drinks & a bag of chips for $41!
My first complaint is the veggies were brown, wilted and just gross looking. Second, they would barely put more than a *tiny* sprinkle of each vegetable...on my VEGGIE sandwich. I had to continuously ask them to put more toppings on...for example, I asked for lots of black olives and she put maybe 5 or 6 on it.. This went on and on. I didn't realize they charged extra for every single little thing. I paid $1.50 for avocado spread (I knew this would be extra $$) and they squeezed a *tiny* sliver (about the size of a shoestring) across my sandwich from a bag with a hole cut in the corner. At every other Subway I've been to, they give you a good size scoop and spread it on. Our sandwiches looked absolutely pathetic by the time all was said and done. The employees were less than friendly but honestly they just seemed beaten down like they were incredibly unhappy to be there. My guess is management probably makes for some unhappy customers, nickle and diming them in every way possible and I bet the employees take the brunt of it.

When u put lady hand pinch of cheese on a sandwich after I paid for extra cheese, then say it's gonna be extra extra for more thats ridiculous. Then count out 4 jalapeños 4 olives 4 pickles to put on a sandwich is ridiculous. These ladies should be fired or the subway closed.

I ordered online for pickup. Sandwiches didn't have any of the extras I paid for or the vegetables I asked for. Or the sauces I asked for. I also added a tip prior to pick up.
Don't bother ordering online. Apparently they need to be watched when making a sandwich for it to be correct.

Very disappointed order and sandwich online and get there and they didn’t even have spinach you are a sandwich shop how do u run out of one of the main ingredients, this isn’t the first time this has happen with subway. This is why the places around here don’t do good business never have what the customer wants.

Me and my wife ate outside because we had our dog with us.Refused to let us have a refill on our drinks after spending twenty-five bucks for two sandwiches.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. But this morning my mood when from 0 to 100 , I stopped at this place which used to be my favorite Subway, lady puts both my sandwiches in the same paper bag once I get to my car the bag burst and my sandwiches fell out I was able to catch one, I took it back inside thinking that it shouldn't be no problem at all getting it replaced but I Was wrong she had the nerve to ask me if I was going to pay for another one, I said why it's not my fault that the bag broke, she called her so called supervisor who she wouldn't give me the number to upper management or corporation to call myself talking about she doesn't have it. She kept trying to justify this ridiculousness. I'm just at a lost never in all my years and I've worked at plenty of restaurants and we never treated customers like this! ???? it's not even about the money, the sandwich it's the principal behind it. Customer Service at it's worst!

Colten is an AMAZING employee. Outstanding. Makes my food perfectly every time. Remembers our orders. Always working super hard. Give him a raise! I always come back for his service.
