Run the worst customer service pizza dough was old tasted sour soggy ! Salad bar had little to nothing on it and after telling them the waitress than proceeded to tell me NO we was wrong we wasn’t tasting the sour dough we knew we were we left hungry as we came ! Waitress repeatedly came to table wanting payment before we could even drink the high priced drink ! Ridiculous we won’t be back don’t waste your time ! Salad was lettuces egg cheese and 2 slices of cucumber no tomatoes cottage cheese or anything else that goes on a salad is offered !

I had a very bad experience here a few years back, had a couple of folks come into our store and told us about the changes. I gave it a shot and this is the 3rd round that has been perfect with great service. One order for our team and two for my home. All In all a great experience.

Went for the lunch buffet. It was amazing! So busy but all the staff were really hustling taking care of everything and were so nice! The sweet tea was good and the buffet was well stocked, with items replaced frequently. Our server, Anna, was friendly and fast!

I love Pizza Hut on McMeans Ave in Bay Minette, Alabama..Dillon and Miranda we're very nice and efficient..I've always been a big fan of Pizza Hut!!

I love this Pizza Hut! Awesome staff and awesome reward program for extra food ! Plus...the window girl gave my dog a cup of cold water because she saw Molly(dog) was hot and panting.

Kids love Pizza Hut so we order it roughly once a week. The last three times I’ve ordered have been horrible. The first they gave my food to someone else, the second the girl at the drive thru couldn’t find where my order was and finally the manager did and tonight I ordered online and called to specifically tell them NO MEAT on the pasta. The girl that answered couldn’t comprehend no meat on the pasta. She says all I can see is a family pasta. I said, yes that is it one is cheesy Alfredo and the other is supposed to be no meat. Her response was which one is no meat. I repeated again, one is cheesy Alfredo and the other is an Italian meat pasta is supposed to be just sauce and noodles no meat. She says ok. I get the food the pasta has meat and I sit down to eat my pepperoni meat lovers melt and guess what literally no meat or even sauce on my melt. Just cheese.

I came in around 9pm in Baymintte Alabama are a lil after,and was told they didn't have anything too make a personal pan pizza,they were playing in the store and the kitchen was filthy so that alone change my mind ,I also asked about specials and was told their wasn't any and the smallest one was close too 30.00 the service was nasty,the store was nasty!!!!I called the following day to explain my experience and asked for a manager with Little are no!!!help!!Iwnevstep foot back into

Let me tell you about this place. Inside of this Pizza Hut is a time capsule and brought me back to being a child or Pizza Hut had a friendly interior. Very nostalgic The only thing they were missing were the red lamps and the arcade system. The staff was friendly. The floors were clean and my order was made correctly.
