Ordered a #3 no pickles and the attendant repeated the order back to me and showed a summary. The sandwich had pickles on it and was cold. I had to heat it up in the microwave. Definitely not worth $15

Original crispy chicken is always a hit.

Cajun rice and the gravy on the mashed potatoes is awesome.

Good southern sweet tea

The clerk was all happy and great manners.

Can’t tell you how the food tasted. Wasn’t dumb enough to wait more than 10 minutes at the speaker in order to give the inept employee my order. Typical to say the least. I’m taking bets on how long they’ll be in business. Won’t be long at all if they keep doing business this way. Go Bay Minette Popeyes. You suck!

I waited in line behind 2 vehicles from 615pm to 630pm then waited at the intercom for 8 mins. Ordered at 643pm told it will be 10 mins on the wings, I said ok. Then at 708pm I received my order it was wrong missing food. I went back in to get my money back after a hour waiting on the food. The manager asked what was wrong I told her I was missing food she said "you's is a lie". I showed her the receipt and food and she was mad cursing, so I cursed back, then told me I was a lie if I was waiting a hour, that I should of left. The whole time she was trying to learn the machine to give me the refund she was cursing so I cursed back and finally I got my money back. She needs to be fired.

The flavor of the food is good. However, it is really hit-or-miss on the consistency of the individual slices or portions. The last time I was there I ordered the five chicken tenders. Two of the tenders or regular size, but the other three were literally less than half the size of a normal chicken tender. So, I did not get what I paid for. That is the thing that is really disappointing about this location.

The food is the same standard Popeyes food you've come to know and love; the biggest problem with this place however is just the lack of staff. Normally this isn't a huge issue but the problem is that the wait times are unreasonably long and sometimes the restaurant will be closed even during posted open hours, which definitely has caused me a headache or two.

The drive thru wait was exceptionally long and after I'd been sitting at the window waiting for my food for a really long time, I was told they were out of an original flavor item and asked to substitute a spicy item instead. I told them to cancel my order and refund my card. Miraculously, they "found" my order after that.

When I got home, I discovered they'd made the spicy substitution and chicken from both my orders was undercooked (very very pink inside).

It'll be quite a while before I'll be able to eat here again, if ever.

We waited a good 20 or more minutes in drive up..
The food was okay.. The workers were quiet.. not friendly or rude.. but eh..
Their biscuits are about the only thing I like there.. but my kids like their chicken n fries, so.. ????u200d♀️
