awful experience, will never go back. i cannot even begin to explain how poor the customer service was. it was actually nasty behavior. would not give our total at the drive thru or window. in fact, at both windows they wouldn’t even make eye contact. they used shakes lids on all drinks including a happy meal for a two year old. there were visible flat lids, but when we asked we were told no they cannot provide one. they did not give us straws and shorted us one medium fry. the sandwiches had no condiments. save your time and money and go to the Sonic, Burger King, or Wendy’s right down the road.

Skip this one and drive on down the road. The doors were locked to keep people from coming in. The manager can't stay focused long enough to take an order. She left 3 times during the process which caused us to continuously repeat things. One individual had to yell into the kitchen to get the workers attention to get a drink carrier. Then the manager stands and yells the order numbers, which wouldn't be a problem except for the fact that she never gives you the receipt to know what your order number was. The owner of this place has clearly not been here in a very long time.

I've lived very close for years & have only had about 1 decent experience(AM). Night shift is a joke. No one answers mic no greeting.. leaves you sitting forever. Never accepting cards. Doesn't tell they are out of something just guesses what drink to give you. People always playing around entire building. Gossiping, goin off cursing in front of customers with no care at all. All this just to open my bag at home that's 2 mins away and have COLD food!! Honestly I'm so fed up with them I wish they replace it with something else who actually cares about representing the company and respects their paying customers ..

We sat in the outside drive thru lane for over 20 minutes and no one took our order. More than 4 cars went thru the inside lane. We finally went up to the window and was told she was just getting ready to take our order so we would have to go back around to the line and shut the window. I called the manager and was told they could only take orders on 1 side and they were short on help. Horrible customer service and I would not want to eat there.

Can I leave 0 stars? Ordered a cheese burger and when I got home there was no meat on the burger. What a joke. And they want $15 an hour. All fast-food has gone downhill.

How is this place still open? Take your order wrong, make them aware it's wrong and then it's still made wrong. Worst McDonald's I've been to in my life hands down!!! This place needs to fire everybody and start over. The owner should be ashamed truly!!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Customer service is awfully terrible. They burn their food, they take forever, and they don’t care to put any condiments on the burgers. Save your time and money and go to another one.

Worst McD I have ever been to. Clearly no mgmt onsite. Lady running register was putting the orders together, so no one taking orders. No one got a complete order. You had to ask for straws, then a drink carrier, then a fork.
She took my order, didn't give me a drink cup, and no order number or receipt. But she kept yelling out order numbers. So customers had to go through orders to figure who's it was and what was missing.
McD's needs to close this dump down.
