I always order online so it will give them time to get my order completed when I need it. I do this because they seem to be always busy. Having spent over twenty years in New York, I was really surprised at how good their Brooklyn Pizza really is. I always order that, and I highly recommend it to others as well

I ordered yesterday and when I got home with the pizza, I opened it up and it didn't smell right, so I tried tasting it and it tasted rotten. I called today to either bring the three items back to get remade or refunded and they refused. I didn't bring it back yesterday because i wanted someone else to make sure it wasn't right but it was late at night and I didn't feel like running it back to town. Me, nor my family and friends will be ordering from here again. 24$ wasted.

Food service is about multi tasking. I’ve been serving for 15 years. You can’t just ignore hurts. I watched the young man take orders inside while he ignored the window AND phone. I know it’s hard because they’re short staffed but everyone should have to wait, not just people outside. I would’ve pulled off had I not paid online. I spent 16 minutes sitting without any acknowledgment. If you do take your chances, I would definitely not pay online & don’t count on the time quoted online. It quoted 8-13 minutes & it was 40(ish) minutes for 2 large pizzas.BUT the pizza was hot & delicious.

The store is going to cancel your online order, go ahead and charge you for it, not let you know anything, and then when you call to find out what happened the store manager tells you that he doesn't know what happened and that the call center canceled the order and they couldn't do anything about it and I would have to call the call center and figure it out with them. Talk about lousey business practices!! I highly suggest you find a new manager.

I ordered 3 Philly cheese steak sandwiches, and received 2 correct, and the other had the cheese and veggies with 5 quarter-size pieces of meat (3 on one side, and 2 on the other). When I called, Mr. Mil/Mile advised me that he would remake it and give a driver extra mileage to bring it, although I asked for it to be credited back to my account. It's been 2 hours ago; and all I get is hung up on.

Great pizzas but horrible service. I used to get delivery before covid but don't want to wait two to three hours for my cold soggy pizzas if they even show up. Ended up calling and they wouldn't even answer so had to pick up pizzas several times bc they didn't have a driver. Would have been nice for a courtesy call instead of waiting all night. Now I go to the window and end up waiting forever there as well, but at least I get fresh pizzas. I also use the ap often and save money. Still giving three stars bc the food is good. Ordering again tonight, we will see if it's any better.

I ordered the extravaganza pizza always with light sauce this pizza is drenched in sauce and is missing some toppings very disappointed....my daughter gets the buffalo chicken bites and the last 2times we ordered they didn't have any sauce on them

Called order in to a lady who spoke & understood limited amount of English. Went to Bay Minette, Al restaurant to pick up order & was told order was not placed but I could wait 10-15 minutes & he’d bring pizza to car. 45 minutes later I went inside to find my order had been on shelf for a while. I took my last cold Dominoes Pizza home, threw most of the greasy pizza in the garbage.
