We have done several real estate closings with Brent and Betsy. They are always very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. It can be difficult to find a good attorney, and Brent is one of the best. I highly recommend him for all things real estate related.

I’ll start by saying how rude Betsy is as she hung up on me after I told her we were switching title companies. I’ve closed many deals with many different title companies as I’m a realtor in multiple states as well as an investor. They didn’t order title search on time and pushed closing because their internet was down for 3 days? Then told us after closing we had to wait a week for our wire as they were closed. I asked her to overnight a check- the wire should have been sent out end of business Tuesday and we would have received it Wednesday as it’s a regular banking day. Sellers also said they never reached out them to schedule their closing. When they did reach out they were also extremely rude to the seller and the sellers recommended we find another title company. I’ve never dealt with so much unprofessionalism from a title company and we’ve purchased over 50 homes this year. 0/10 recommend!!!! I think the last few reviews speak for themselves.

If I could give this place zero stars I would!

My mother in law hired Brent to take care of my late father in laws estate. Timothy Edward Rolin!

When my wife and I call the paralegal hang up on us once they find out that we are calling asking about Tim Rolin’s estate!
“My wife’s father” she has a right to know! Especially in Alabama!

They also won’t tell us if the estate is open. “Public records”
we have a right to know and we can call and ask!

Also the paralegal lied to my wife.
My wife signed a paper opening his Tennessee estate! We made sure to ask the paralegal before she signed the paperwork if they could use the signature to open his Alabama estate she ensured us that they could not use the signature and that she would have to come back to the office to sign paperwork to open his Alabama estate. Lies!!

We called a few months back and asked if there was anything that we needed to do and the paralegal said no! We asked didn’t she need her signature to open the Alabama estate and she said no. So we reminded her that she told us that my wife would have to come back over to sign papers to open the Alabama estate. She said that she never said that ????
Just take my advice and save yourself some time and money and don’t use this place! All you will get is the run around and lied to!

I do NOT recommend this man. (I would have given him negative stars if that had been an option.) No one in his office was wearing a mask when we arrived for the closing, including our realtor, Jay Butler . (And YES...his office is located in ALABAMA where the Governor has mandated a mask order!) We asked him to wear one & he got upset. This was obvious while we were at the table signing paperwork. He would not give us clear answers on questions we had regarding the closing paperwork. He either didn’t know the answers or was unwilling to explain. (If you, unfortunately, end up with him doing your closing...PLEASE CLOSELY REVIEW ALL YOUR CLOSING PAPERWORK BEFORE SIGNING...There were several discrepancies in our paperwork which my husband discovered that needed to be corrected which would have cost us money...especially check your taxes on your property. Our amount was incorrect.) He slung the paperwork at us to review & sign. After the paperwork was signed, he slung the folder across the table to my husband without saying a word. (My husband & I have been to MANY closings in our 30+ years of marriage. We have NEVER been treated so rudely by anyone during a closing, especially by an “attorney”.) My husband said something to him on the way out about how poorly he treated us. He never said one word or apologized. We complained to our realtor, Jay Butler, about it. We suggested he use someone other than this guy for his closings. It’s a poor refection on Jay Butler, as well, for choosing someone so unprofessional to handle his closings.

Literally the most stressful closing iv ever dealt with definitely zero stars . Extremely disappointed as we were open to using them since they close Al& Tn and we do around 75 deals a year !!! Big loss for these guys

Attorney Hieronymi helped me negotiate my first business contract. I felt a lot of anxiety around choosing an attorney to work with, as attorneys are quite the investment and it’s hard to know who you can trust. It’s a really vulnerable feeling to be charged a large hourly fee for a task that the attorney could potentially take their time with and rack up a large bill with, especially on your first business venture. Attorney Hieronymi was extremely kind, efficient, thorough, and it felt as if he treated me like family. When I had additional questions after our meeting he responded promptly. I truly feel I lucked out with him, as many have terrible experiences with attorneys.

As a north Alabama and southern Tennessee Realtor I have closed with many different closing attorneys. Hands-down Mr. Hieronymi is the best. Very professional knowledgeable responsive and caring of his clients.

Closed on real estate was selling here. It was the most disorganized, unprepared, waste of time I've ever experienced at a closing. There were mistakes in the paperwork, checks were wrong - unbelievable. 9/2020
