Shout out to Pizza Hut in Ardmore , TN! They did not have what I wanted so they took the time to find out exactly what it was. They made me a specialty pizza to order! I had a chicken Alfredo pizza with garlic sauce. It was awesome! Thank you!

I wish I could rate this zero stars. Absolutely the worst pizza place I've ever dealt with and on multiple occasions. Every time we order from this place, there is always something wrong with our order. Tonight, we received the wrong order entirely. After calling 9 times, my wife finally gets through to someone who immediately gets an attitude when my wife asked for a refund on our order since we didn't receive what WE ordered. The hateful woman on the phone refused to give us her name, threatened to call the cops, and was just downright disrespectful. She didn't want to give a refund, she wanted to be snarky and rude. I really hope the owners of this place take a look at how their customers are being treated. The comment was made that they're super busy and things go wrong, I get that, but every time? Every single time? My wife was then told that she should come down here and work since it's soo easy. I've worked in entry level jobs before. It's not that tough. I sincerely hope the owner of this restaurant sees this review .

Ordered 2 large pizzas an they was both not cooked all the way was soggy so $32.00 just went down the drain????????u200d♀️

My go to place for pizza. My grand daughter likes their pizza when I pick her up from school. Friendly and efficient staff.

They refuse to answer their phones, the pizza is never worth the money, go to Domino's, at least you will receive service.

Don’t waste your money. They now use door dash to delivery pizza. I never received my order and was told they couldn’t do anything about it. A good manager should have offered to do something. I had no food and was out of $50. They gave me the number to door dash just to be told that I would have to talk to Pizza Hut customer service! I will not be ordering from this location again!

This is THE BEST Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to.
Not only is the store it self immaculate, the food is so hot when it’s delivered that you have to let it cool off before you can eat it. The people who run this place know what they’re doing and they’re doing it right.
