I ordered a cheese roll up and added tomatoes, onions, and meat (which was a mexi-melt, but they removed it off the menu so I found a way to still get it ????) went today and ordered one, but it has no meat, just onions, tomatoes, and cheese ????. I also got my son a cheese roll up and it had cold cheese that wasn’t even melted and a cold tortilla. It’s a gamble every time I go there. Seems I get more bad food than good food. Ardmore’s Taco Bell really needs to step it up. I’m surprised it’s still open. I’ll be going to Athens Taco Bell from now on.

Absolutely awful. It’s been years since I ate at this place and now I remember why. Picture below of how my Mexican pizza came. Literally thrown together. Probably blind folded. The chips and cheese my kids wanted were stale. This place is a disaster. I will never go back and never recommend. Ever. Sonic is the best fast food location in Ardmore if you want fast food.

Was 1 of only 3 cars in the drive-thru on a Friday around 8pm. Ended up with only 1 correct of the items I ordered out of the 17 items I ordered. This place is a hot mess. They were out of everything which I understand with shortages going on, but I literally ordered tacos and Supreme tacos, and Supreme burritos and they couldn't get that correct. Stay away unless you like giving away your money for nothing. Oh AND our food had hair in it!

Went through the drive thru to place our order. The gentleman taking the orders was very rude to the lady in front of us, made huffing and puffing sounds when he had to add anything. He acted the same way to us. When we got to the window he asked if we had something we didn't even order, which was the lady ahead of us order. I asked him to repeat our order back to us. He said it so fast I didn't hear everything. When I question it, he gave me attitude. We did not receive our drink, any sauce, 2 of the items we ordered plus gave us something we didn't order. We always seem to have issues with this place. We try to support local business owners, but this is ridiculous! We won't be giving our hard earned money to this establishment in the future.

I see a lot of bad reviews on here and I know bad days happen everywhere but today I ordered from the cravings menu cuz I was low on funds and my food was absolutely tasty as hell. I also ordered a small fry from their KFC side and had to wait on it to cook because they didn’t realize they were out. Well the cashier came back with a large because I had to wait. It was really nice of him I actually really appreciated it I was having a bit of a bad day and their service and kindness really helped. The cashier seemed really nice and didn’t even get upset that I ordered the fries at the window instead of at the beginning. May not seem like a lot all in all but it made my day better. Thank y’all for providing me with great food and service ☺️

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell in the area. This store is closed when it's supposed to be open, the orders are unrecognizable and incorrect. Items from here are thrown together with what appears to be literal floor scraps. The store interior is filthy and deserves reporting to the health department. TO THE OWNER: Since you obviously have no interest in operating a properly run franchise (based on your reviews) YOU SHOULD SELL IT TO SOMEONE WHO WILL.

Just like anything else these days even taco bell seems high for what you are getting. I love the crunch wrap but they are now 4.99 and the 5 layer burritos are 3.49. They are good but a little over priced.

I ordered a Mexican pizza, that I took one bite out of and threw it away. I can not describe the taste but it was close to the smell of a cleaning product. Never again will we go here.
