My family came on a cruise ship and walked around town, we had a brig group as there was 11 of us. With a failed attempt at another restaurant I was able to find the Twisted Fish Company near the area where we had to catch our bus back to the cruise boat.

It was a rainy day so it was nice to see that the Twisted Fish had a place to hang our wet coats on while we went inside to eat.

The atmosphere there was great, not to loud, not crowded with people and evenly spaced out to get around in. The service was on point and the waitress that took our order was kind to ask if we had any questions about their menue. Since we had a big group she provided us with two pitchers of water from the get go.

We ordered 6lbs of King Crab and it was amazing. My son was able to experience having the crab in Alaska and not having some frozen pre packaged king crab that we would normally have in VA at our Costco. We also ordered the Clam chowder. That chowder was amazing. Never had a clam chowder like it and had dill in it that did not over power the flavor of the chowder. It's a definite try if you are into clam chowder.

If you are traveling and happen come across the Twisted Fish Company Alaskan Grill please stop by and give them a try. It was amazing.

A really nice supper for two. They sat us near the food pick up/bathroom area, which was a bit distracting, but the food was very tasty and the service was good - so it kinda made up for it. The steamer clams were the smokey, delicious highlight - though I found my entrée to be nearly as good! The syrah was light and fruity and the meal was, overall, a success! Glad Twisted Fish is finally open for me to try!

King crab legs and seafood chowder for our port visit! Conveniently a few steps away from the cruise terminal, this restaurant is next to one of the bigger stores around and very eye catching. The food was delicious and our server was amazing!

They are back in business after a few years. Everything was fantastic. Cool spot for dinner. Currently they are only open 5 to 9 pm and they are working on getting more staff to increase hours. They are open May to September only. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Place was not busy, we were in-between lunch and dinner time yet waiter had a hard time finding time to refill our drinks. Food was good I had the halibut tacos, wife had a chicken sandwich which was good but her fries were cold and stale as if left over from the lunch rush.

We were able to walk in and get a table around 2pm. The atmosphere is open and welcoming, low noise level, ????. The service was quick and friendly. The 3 of us all ordered fish burgers, one Salmon and 2 Halibuts. My Halibut had the Rhubarb and Blueberry Chutney , which was very good but the sweetness overpowered the thin piece of fish, I'm guessing 4oz+--, a little surprising considering the $. We all agreed the Clam chowder was interesting. Any thinner and it would be a soup. And it had a flavor profile we couldn't quite identify, carrots and?? So, overall decent food, just small portions considering the $

Great seafood, no line! Worth the tiny walk from the main drop off for cruise ships. Laid back and delicious! (Did I mention no lines!)

This is the kind of restaurant that will be 25% busy, but will feel 100% at capacity. Service is slow, food and drinks will take forever, the waitstaff will play impromptu hosts eventually, and the phone is even ringing off the hook, and no one will answer. Yet the restaurant itself is not busy.

Food is good though, if you have extra time to wait and manage the server.
