This was a fun experience, the staff were great. They were friendly and welcoming. The Red crab and gold crab were huge and they were very tasty. I feel the price is a bit much, no more than anyone else, including the Seattle area but they were 1/2 that price in Fl a month ago. If they were more affordable they absolutely would of been 5 stars.

I would give this place 100 stars if I could. My family of 7 came and got a bucket of Alaskan Red King Crab. The line was long but moved quickly and we were able to get seated with our food within 30 minutes. The staff explained how to use the tools and best way to eat the crab which was appreciated. My god that crab was AMAZING, INCREDIBLE, DELICIOUS, AMAZING, FRESH, LIFE CHANGING. GO HERE for a once in a life time experience of eating the best king crab ever. My dad doesn’t even like crab and he loved this. My mom said it was the best thing she has ever eaten in her 55 years of life. We all thought it was EPIC

We ordered king crab legs, crab cakes and beer battered shrimps. All off our order was amazing. The one off BEST crab legs I have ever had. Hot n seasoned.!

Totally recommend crab cakes and shrimps.

If you are worried about long ordering queues, they will clear out fast. There is plenty of places of sit down n eat. Order fulfilled quite fast as well (10-15 mins).

Tracy's King Crab Shack is another locally owned restaurant. (Local in Juneau Alaska, that is.) The fresh caught Alaskan King Crab Leggs were the best I've ever had. They were so juicy and sweet. The hot melted butter was perfect. You can buy per pound, or if you have a large group, buy by the bucket. A one pound meal which included one pound of King Crab Leggs, biscuit and butter will run you $70. It's totally worth it. They also serve alcohol. You gotta get in line, then place your order by your name and state you live in. (Since it's located at the cruise port.) Go early, the line can get long on ship days. The atmosphere was upbeat, and the service was friendly. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. They also have a gift shop counter to get souvenirs like t-shirts and trinkets. I highly recommend Tracy's!

This restaurant has spectacular seafood! Located right at the cruise terminal, it’s very easy to find. They offer a variety of crab legs, crab bisque, and crab cakes. They get packed so seating can be a bit difficult to find, and it can be fairly loud and rowdy, but the food is amazing!

Awesome food. Super busy with all the cruise ship people. They may have outgrown this place, but they did a great job at moving people through nice and fast

Definitely a stopping point, however, it’s going to cost ???? but is well worth it ???? To be honest I have eaten a much better king crabs ???? in Japan were chefs do pay attention to the cooking method for some reason it feels like the meet does melt in your mouth and like if butter has already been added. Highly recommended.

Service was fast and friendly. Price for the Alaskan Red King Crab was $70 per lb. We did enjoy the crab but definitely not cheap. Can get crowded during lunch hours but line moves pretty quickly
