I am a high school student and hopeful writer who was looking for a journal and pens for a recent project I'm working on. I found a great selection of everything that I needed! The associates were extremely helpful and friendly, making sure I knew where everything was located and that I found everything that I needed. Checkout was smooth. I am really satisfied with my experience there - 10/10!

Staff was very polite and helpful. Gunnar once again, made sure to apply our contract discount and not charge sales tax. Friendly and helpful! Always a positive experience when I go there.

Not a great experience. I sent a document to be printed and paid online. I then received a call the next morning from a random 866 number that there was a problem with the billing address on my card(there absolutely was not and the transaction had already gone through). The woman I spoke to seemed extremely sketchy though she did have the transaction amount right. She wanted all the information someone would need to steal my card. It reeked of a scam. When I called the local branch for confirmation, I found that their phone didn’t work. Not recommended!

Staff was very helpful and polite. Customer service is very important to me and often forgotten these days. OfficeMax in Juneau restored my faith that some businesses still care.

Bug you to join their club even after you say no. Try to force you to select print receipt or email. The checker starts yelling for no good reason. Left purchase on the counter and walked out of the store. Customer service ZERO!!!!

Unlike other retail stores in Juneau, I can always get help from a sales associate whether printing or finding the right product.
