We went it & almost missed what we were looking for. About the point of giving up we were greeted by Gabe who showed us what we didn't see. Then he informed us he could price match their own site as well. Then he carried it to the cashier while we shopped.

Upon check-out Teresa helped us and was very informative!

We'll be coming back for sure! In a world where employees huddle in the corner & and don't engage. And others don't want to work the realization that customer service is dead is real all too often.

This was a 10☆ visit & because of these two employees Office Depot/Office Max will be at the top of our list from now on!!

Signed small business owners who drove 4hrs to town & left with exactly what they wanted & needed at an affordable price. With great interactions!!

Just opened my small business and have been frequenting our local office max. I have had so many positive and helpful interactions, and I cannot tell you how rare that is in Fairbanks! I thank whoever is running this store because the staff is superb! Both Mike and Teresa are rockstars, always energetic and friendly. Giving me important and helpful information, I couldn’t ask for more!

I like to support local businesses in my area, but lately the OfficeMax website has become extremely unreliable when it comes to actually receiving items I order online. Whether it's a store pickup or delivery to my home or business, OfficeMax has been canceling more and more of my orders because items that were marked as "in-stock" turned out to be unavailable. I'm sticking with Amazon from now on for my office supplies!

Great service in the print center. A mistake was made printing on a font and they called so I can adjust the font and they reprinted at no cost. Don't use skinny fonts white and black on business cards.
