Big parking lot with lots of spots for handicap parking. McDonald's inside the store. Well stocked and I have always been able to find what I need here. Store opens at 6, cash register will not be open for another 10 minutes

Elena knocked it out of the park and absolutely redeemed how I felt about this walmart location. She should be up on the board of team members like the others in the automotive section! Without her, those guys wouldn't have any work today! She is absolutely awesome, and every customer is smiling ????

We love our Walmart store. It is neat and clean, usually well stocked with the items I need, and you can get everything from nuts and bolts to a prom dress!

Update 5/2/23.
Magement I know it's hard to find good employees. Even more so in Arizona from what I've noticed at other. Lately, pick up has been horrible. I'm living in Europe with my husband. I help my mom out by doing online orders for her. She's 80s. She just got over covid. So I did an order for her on 5/1/23. 10 items were not filled, saying out of stock. These were not out of stock. My mother went inside the store and found all "out of stock items." And very easily. So what's the point of using pick up? ???? the people hired to do this job, you are them chilling with friends instead of filling orders or talking on the phone with friends while working. You ever get other people's orders when you go to pick up. (When I'm in the usa helping my mom. I've seen this behavior at this store) We never kept the wrong items given to us. Instead, I have returned it or given it right back to the employee at pick up.
I understand mistakes happen. I was a manager at Kroger when we lived in Texas. But even at this point, pick up is a joke at this store. It's not any better in chandler, too. I filed a report with Walmart support via email and chat. They were very helpful and kind.

To anyone reading this. You complain that people are losing their jobs to self check out and robots. Lol, no one even works lately or even does the job correctly. At least the robots do a better job.
I read an article the stores are going to make employees wear cameras. I hope they do this!!! It's needed in this day and age.

Update 12/14/21. I hated that I had to take these photos and post it. But her behavior was horrible. People were yelling at her, and she just ignored everyone. I understand she's not from here, but you shouldn't act like such a selfish jerk. You didn't have an emergency. You're not important or special. I hope these photos humilat your family so that you learn to behave better. Kindness is easy being nasty takes effort.

Outstanding great pharmacy. Everyone was beyond kind. They were packed, and it was crazy in the store. They handled it so well.
We came here from Massachusetts. I can tell you everyone here is so kind. Go live in Massachusetts a bit, then come back here. You'll then appreciate the better difference.
Just please do better on grocery pick-up as in the people that pull the items from the shelf on the pick-up orders. Had 3 expired. 2 with mold, and a soup can with such a bad dent it leaked over everything. I know it's mostly teens in this department, and they haven't quite learned how to pick good grocery items yet. I did try to talk to someone in the pick about this. But I was told they are too busy. They do look busy, so I hope this review info helps? Other than that, this is a great store. I just love the kind people here.

Good job Wal-Mart! Went there to get tires done! And it took a bit longer than expected but the management gave a bit off for the inconvenience without asking yep well done.

I bought tires online and scheduled an appointment. I showed up on time and was immediately concerned with the service I was getting. I wasn't even acknowledged for 15 minutes, them when u was being checked in, the associate had to change tablets 3 times. I waited an hour and a half before I received a call saying they couldn't remove two tires because the lug nuts couldn't be removed. They offered to sell me the tires and have them put on elsewhere, but I refused and told them to refund the money. I literally wasted two hpurs my day at this point. I went to Discount Tire down the road and bought better tires for 13 dollars more. Discount scheduled my appointment for the next day and was in out and within 30 minutes.

Stopped by the red and black tent today called Davey Jones Fireworks. I normally drive in from Tuscon to go to Phantom but decided to see what they have in stock. I was amazed to see that they carry almost everything Phantom does, but their prices were half of what I normally spend! The sales associate took the time to walk me through the differences on what they have and made it fun to buy!
I had a coupon for my normal spot, but after I did the math, I found I was spending less here! This spot is the jam! I'm very happy I stopped and will be my go-to for fireworks from now on!

I placed an order on July 29 at 5:30 PM and selected the time slot for July 30 at 11 AM to pick up my groceries. I got the confirmation saying the order was received, and it was being worked on. Couple minutes later, I got a message telling me there was a few things that may need to be changed and to except the exchange for the item or cancel that item. I made those changes and then was told that my items would be ready Sunday morning at 11 to 12, about the time slot I chose. I looked at the tracking information, in the morning to see the process and I didn’t see anything that it was delayed. I got close to Walmart and made one stop at another store and it was 20 after 11 when I was being told that my items we’re going to be delayed two more hours. There is a reason why people pick those timeslots so that they can conveniently make their plans accordingly and that’s what I did making the one pitstop and then heading straight over to Walmart to pick my stuff up. I called over to Walmart to speak to whoever was in the department doing the pick up orders and a female just started ranting off a bunch of excuses, they just got slammed and orders are backed up now - and it just didn’t make any sense. Since I ordered my groceries the day before, my stuff should’ve been bagged in the morning so that I can pick them up by 11 and somehow my order got caught up in the, we got slammed and things got backed up situation. This is very unbelievable considering I placed my order the day before and orders can be picked up as early as 9 AM. that means there should be staff there hours before 9 AM filling out those orders, if not none then you need to do something about it or don’t run this kind of service. The female that I spoke to was full of excuses, and when I told her this was uncalled for because the new time I was having to pick up my groceries, I was not going to have a vehicle to be able to do that. Therefore, this is the reason why we pick, the time slots that we pick. Something needs to happen and better quality people working in this department learning to take responsibility for the task at hand and having peoples orders ready when they’re supposed to be ready. Apparently, this department is always seen lingering around by a lot of customers as I have seen in other Google posts and not doing the jobs that they are supposed to be doing. Where is the manager who works this department? if he or she is not taking responsibility for this department and not keeping on top of the staff or not filling these orders on time, fire them and get someone that will!
