I’ve been in several times recently and each time I was helped by patient, knowledgeable workers. The man at the front desk was wonderful. The lady that was working the counter to get copies and send faxes, etc. was very hands on. She was also a multitasker and got things done. I watched her with a very impatient, angry customer, and she was perfectly gracious. I told him he was rude, and he was being waited on by a very good customer service woman.

The store is fine. However, their website does not take credit cards with the payment address being a Post Office Box. I tried 3 times. There is no 1800 # on the website. I called the store and they gave me the 1800 #. I tried calling the corporate office to get help with their failing website and they were closed. I can't leave my invalid parent which is why I attempted to order ink cartridges on their non helpful website to be picked up by a relative. No luck. So, now, after spending hundreds of dollars with Office Max, I will be forced to go to Amazon. Too bad the actual store can't take credit cards over the phone. The store employees have always been nice. I'm just very frustrated with their very inefficient website.

Most associates are polite and helpful.
An associate has major issues whether it be racially motivated or not. His remarks are completely unacceptable and inappropriate. He projects a hostile attitude and environment.

Just had my laptop repaired at OfficeMax in Casa Grande. They have always been reliable, timely and trustworthy. I have depended on them for years and have never been disappointed.

Absolutely amazing experience at the print center in Tempe (off Broadway) the afternoon of Tuesday 12/20/2022. The service provided by the young lady at the center was beyond anything I could have asked for, or expected.

Pleasant, courteous, professional, asked questions for clarity to ensure my order was as I expected. She went above and beyond!

‘Thank you’ isn’t enough. I am deeply appreciative!

The employees are very knowledgeable and show genuine interest in assisting their customers needs. I have had need to use their assistance numerous times this month, and every time I went in it was the same valuable customer service! It is the only store I have been able to go in town and find the service that was prior to Covid, still existing full force for their customers, even when they’re shorthanded!!
