This store is unbelievable SAD!!! They ruined my first child's high school graduation cake!!!! If you have a display of a cake, next time make my order look somewhat like the display!! Thanks for having me in tears due to your lack of professionalism and confidence Mr

Just arrived in town and staying for a month or so. I needed a few groceries so I stopped in Safeway on Trekell. Was asked by two staff members if I needed help, downloaded the app to get digital coupons. Cashier Debbie walked me through using the app. She is awesome!

I love the deals an even when tje staff is doing their job stocking an reorganizing they're so considerate of their patrons. Even the contractors on site during my visit moving whole coolers an things they were extra polite an friendly! I was impressed!

Customers have to go out in the parking lot to get a cart 3 separate times I have been in this store no carts also one cashier for 10 people in line cashier checking the groceries out and bagging while you have 3 workers hanging out talking if you tell management he tells you to call corporate and doesn't try to fix the problem himself use to be a nice store.

I like this Safeway, clean and bright. However when you try too find Products I’am used to buying at Fry’s and Safeway doesn’t have the management doesn’t seem to care. I looking for Jimmy Dean Simple Scrambles. The web site says Safeway caries them, but not Casa Grande. Why???
I don’t expect I will hear anything back. So be it, I’ll just go to Fry’s.

Had a pickup order, and ask the young lady if she would bring a power cart out to the parking lot so I could pick up a few items I forgot to order.
Of course they were out of the items I wanted to pick up, one. They weren't issuing rain checks for as per their signage. The other one was just an empty shelf and I wasn't going to wait in line to find out if they were going to get rain checks.

Our visit was brief, visiting my husband's brother. But the store was wonderfully maintained and easy to find one's way around. And the staff were very friendly.
