After pressing the red order button no one answers. I pressed it again and nothing. Pressed it a few more times…. and finally someone answers and I place an order. No confirmation or amount due confirmed. After about 10-15 minutes a girl comes out and says they can’t hear what I’m saying so she would have to take my order. After placing the order with her we wait and wait. I’m
about to drive off when I see an employee bringing out the order. He hands everything to me through the window, takes my debit card and says he’d be right back. I try to
take the lid off my sonic blast and melted ice cream spills over my hands, all over my car, and clothes. I hold the melted mess outside of my window and try to pour some of what was left out to possibly get to an unmelted part but there is no unmelted part. There is nothing in this blast either. It was supposed to be a Reese’s blast but there were no chocolate/peanut butter pieces in this. I think I saw a few sprinkles on top when it was handed to me. My daughter’s blast was the same way. I just pitched my melted mess on the pavement. There was no way I was going to bring that dripping fiasco back in my car. The sonic employee who returns with my debit card said he was going to call the cops on me for littering. I told him he might try doing his job and the place was a joke! He yells that he was doing his job!!! I just left. As we’re driving down the highway my granddaughter tells me her slush drink wasn’t right. I looked at it and it was pretty much colored water. I used to love Sonic but this incident today will result in my never going back. My daughter said, “Mom I tried to warn you”. The last couple of times we’ve eaten here it was just horrible! Well I won’t be back and if the cops show up I’ll plead my case. Just ridiculous excuse for food and service!

After playing with our granddaughter for the day, our daughter asked if we could meet somewhere, so we could visit (we currently live about 40 minutes apart) because it'd been too long since we'd all sat together and just relaxed and talked...
We decided to sit, visit and eat in the center area at the provided tables: there were no painted lines, no dividing structures, etc. for keeping small children from running into the horseshoe restaurant traffic...
That wasn't really a problem, because they don't advertise having a family or child safe area - the WORST was the flies! There were SO many flies that our granddaughter food appeared black - yes, it really was THAT COVERED WITH FLIES.
What else is there to say? ... we threw the food away.

3 cars there total. Pulled in pushed the button and got no answer. After waiting and waiting i left. It was already late had a 2 hour drive ahead of me. Thankfully the one in Siloam springs was great. Super fast and really nice.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Both times I’ve been here after 5pm, placed mobile order before pulling in for 1DP and had to wait over 10min. Both times there were only 2-3 vehicles there. The staff walk around as if they have no drive to be there, very slow and meh. Not impressed.

i’m sitting here in the drive thru and it’s been literally 20 mins for a small order of mozzarella sticks…..8 cars have left behind us we’ve already gotten up to the window and paid and gave us our drinks…

Such a sorry sonic . I ordered a shake with a side of cherries and they were charging me 10cents each cherry they gave me !! Who does that. That is so ridiculous. I’m surprised they didn’t charge me for the cup the cherries came in!!! It’s all about who is working. And that’s a shame. So if u have had a bad day at work go home and stop taking it out on the customers!!!

Got a coney and it tasted like it was from a week ago couldn't even take a bite i didnt noticed until i got home and got food poison from it being expired i work next door and all my coworkers have experienced illness from there and it took long if i could gove it a 0 i would
