Stale buns for the second time. The apple pie was drier than hard tack. When I first moved here, the service and food was great. Now it's total garbage. There is definitely a big difference between the morning and evening shift personnel. It's advisable to avoid this place after lunch. I will never be back after what I was given.

In addition to the miserable food, the service was garbage as well. When I pulled up to order, there were several minutes before anyone asked if they could serve me. Finally, I was asked what I wanted. I asked for a McDouble and apple pie. Right after I said "apple pie" I heard a male voice say "no." Then to add insult to injury, I received food that I wouldn't feed to my dog. I want my damn money back.

It's McDonald's, so the food is consistent. Service wasn't the greatest, though. No smile with: "Welcome to McDonald's". Just a blank stare like I was interrupting their day by my visit. No: "Thank you. Have a nice day." Maybe the guy was just having a bad day. That kind of lackluster attitude is common nowadays from McDonald's, though. Unfortunately.

I paid for my drive through order using the app. They tried to make changes to my order after I already paid and said I had to pay again at the window. I told the drive through guy I already paid and he said that’s an app problem not his problem. I paid again and both orders charged my card. I tried to get a refund through the app and it says all refunds must be issued at that store location. I got ripped off because the worker said it’s not his problem it’s the apps. All they had to do was cancel my previous order before making changes.

Ordered a simple burger, fries, and drink. Took over 20 minutes to prepare my order. I had even ordered it to go. Burger wasn't even hot like I had expected from such a wait, fries weren't fresh or even hot. Guess this wasn't a good place.

I have literally never gotten a single item I’ve ordered correct. Tried them again to see if anything has changed and to my shock (sarcasm) they haven’t. Don’t waste your time, there’s one down the road if you’re that desperate.

ABSOLUTELY BAD SERVICE!!!!!!! I asked for what I usually order from any McDonalds but this time they said sorry we have a lot of orders to take care of and there was literally no one inside and there were only 2 other cars in front of me!!!!! Then the guy said you can wait for 20 mins!!!!! I usually wait for at least 5 min.

I don’t recommend this place at all!!!

Breakfasts are always very good. I went through drive-thru and did not get utensils but I luckily had some in my glove box.
