Well, I was a little disappointed with this Fuji's. The restaurant was kind of dingy, (wallpaper was peeling in spots, the carpet was ratty). The server was nice but obviously very new. She didn't know what half the things on the menu were, and thought low-sodium soy sauce might be a good substitute for gluten-free soy sauce. When we got our food (3 classic rolls each), two were all right. The third one (spicy salmon) tasted off. My husband also got one of the spicy salmon, and didn't eat his either because it tasted like it might've been going bad. As far as the server - she really was very nice. I wouldn't normally hold this against someone since I could tell she was new, but with the atmosphere and food also being off we weren't impressed. Tragically disappointed with Arkansas sushi again. Le sigh.

Incredible hibachi grill experience in Searcy AR.

Friendly staff, entertaining chef, delicious food!

Pictured is my wife's order of the rainbow roll. I forgot to snap a picture of my hibachi steak and chicken before digging in.

Also the vegetable tempura is SO GOOD and can't recommend it enough as far as appetizers are concerned.

Our family got food from this restaurant and it was...............AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We brought our dinner back to the hotel to enjoy, but found that the white rice was missing!
When we walked back over (from the Holiday Inn) to pick the rice up they were so kind and generous! Great customer service!

... if I lived here in Arkansas I would eat here ALL THE TIME! I give this place 5 stars. ????????

The food here is ok but, honestly didn't seem fresh. The veggies looked like bagged items from Walmart. And the shrimp tasted very strong like they were old. Only one sauce is offered it being a weak yum yum sauce.
Our cook was very soft spoken but, did a good job. The food was prepared as requested.

The restaurant could use a good cleaning and is in need of a few updates/ repairs.

Three star ???????????? establishment.

I always get the dinner meal which about $27 for one person. Lately I haven’t been getting enough rice or if any at all… i feel like they are at least shortening me or just not giving me enough, I always have to ask for extra…. Won’t be back.

The steak was delicious and our hibachi table chef was fantastic. He was funny, attentive to the kids and their needs as well as the adults. The steak was very good!

Went because its the best place for sushi in my opinion, but after getting gipped on portions of rice and veggies, steak wasn't cooked correctly and the chciken was tiny pieces & over done. Best part about the visit was the sushi roll and the server. Not worth the $45 I spent at all. Rethinking going for dinner now.
