Love the food as always....but need to return to offering other dipping sauces than just ranch. Used to could get extra honey Chipotle sauce for the honey Chipotle chicken strips...but now just ranch offered ( I order online.for curbside pickup)

Went there bout 3 or 4 months ago and had a very bad experience. Decided to gve it one more chance and I'm glad I did. Our waitress was excellent, food was very hot and fantastic. Told waitress about our last visit and she said she would let her manager no and tht she must hve done. Our food was completely cooked to perfection. Some changes hve been made as far as the menu goes which I understand but just because one restaurant doesn't sell tht item much doesn't mean the other ones might sell alot of it. Prices seem to hve increased some. Got our normal meals as we always do, but our bill was bout $15 higher than last time. Won't b able to afford going there as much as I would like as I live bout 45 minutes from the nearest one but if I'm down tht direction and hve the $$, will definitely return.

Hamburger sliders were good. The salad and/or salad dressing was inedible - one or both were bad. Lettuce for sure was full of discolored pieces. The menu had changed since we were there a week or two ago. The soup my daughter likes had been removed from the menu and the dry rub ribs were gone as well. Our server was great - any delay was due to her having too many tables to wait on.

Restaurant was dirty. Wait staff was not really attentive to our table (i.e. 7 people ordered 7 drinks, she brought 6 and seemed annoyed when we asked for the 7th). We were checked on a total of 2 times during our entire visit. There was a busser behind us during the first half of our visit cleaning tables but kept slamming chairs and making an excessive amount of noise that made it difficult to hear people at our table without speaking loudly. All the orders were not correct and the burgers reminded me of the frozen patties served at schools

Very clean place. 11am on a Friday & able to get table easily to accommodate our needs. Brandon was EXCELLENT & spot on with food descriptions & recommendations. Our group had blue rare steak, chicken quesadillas & the 3 meat fajitas. Would definitely recommend all 3 to anyone. Margarita could of only been better with Tajin around rim... otherwise SPOT ON!

We go here often, but last night we had the best waitress we have ever had at any Chillis location that we have been to. Her name was Emma. So sweet and kind, not just to us, but even to the other tables. She did amazing. I hardly ever tip over $20, but last night she got a little more than that. She deserved it. We will be back, and we will be asking for her! By the way, if you haven't tried the strawberry lemonade from their, you should!

Emma ensured that our whole group felt as though rather than walking into a Chili's we had instead stepped through the gates of heaven. Never in my life have I experienced such amazing service. Our party shared the highest highs, the lowest lows, and everything in-between. Between her and Brandon, the refills were like a never-ending flow of milk and honey. Like the chocolate river of deliciousness in that Willy Wonka movie. Every one of us is now no longer able to go to any other Chili's location again because having experienced perfection at this one there is surely no way any other could possibly compare. Food is terrible I had my meal remade when I didn't even have to the waitress wasn't listening to me or paying attention it took forever to remake my meal. I don't mind paying prices I mind paying for burnt messed up steak never come here again
