Absolutely lazy delivery 8/10/23 smh. Ordered shelf unit from Walmart, 66 lbs at most. Soon as I was notified it was delivered, had my mom swing by to bring it in so it wouldn't be sitting there until I got off work and wouldn't be a temptation to steal. She sent me picture attached to review. My apt is on second level. Lazy driver left it downstairs again post. With no guys in sight to help, my mom and I had no choice but to carry it upstairs ourselves. (We both have back and knee issues)
I much prefer UPS or DHL, however you can't control which carrier a company uses.

Damaged my package! Ordered a weight bench. Departed Fort Worth tx came all the way to Arkansas without a single problem. Package gets to mablevale they wouldn’t deliver said I had to pick it up. I live 2 hours away so I can’t just come up there at the snap of a finger. They are expecting me to do their job which is ridiculous! So next day package is out for delivery. Few hours later I’m notified that they have damaged my package. This place needs work and a lot of it. Called FedEx and they said they can’t do anything but contact the seller. Terrible service all around. I have put a complaint in to corporate but it most likely won’t matter. If you have the option do not use this place. Workers are lazy unmotivated and uneducated. UPS is the way to go!

Only 1 star because I had to in order to leave review! Package was out for delivery and never delivered because they had an operational error and had too many packages to deliver! Was told it would be delivered 2 days later and still nothing! It’s still sitting at the facility 1 1/2 hours away from me! FedEx 800 number said they don’t have a number to call them directly and see what’s going on?! So now I wait another 24-48 hours to see when they’ll decide to do their job and deliver my package!!

Was getting a package delivered they updated it and said that the business was closed when clearly it was being deliver to a home. Then I requested for it to be held at the local
Walgreens for pick up abs it was saying out for delivery now it just says pending. This is ridiculous and if I have to have anything else come through them I will not be ordering.

Misdelivered every time!! So frustrating to have to track down my packages because the drive refuses to deliver to the correct house number. The house number is on the mailbox post and on the house across the porch which is where I always request the package to be placed.

Failed to deliver 3 piece package then after several calls, delivered 1 of 3 and said they couldn't deliver the others because they tried again to home deliver after I told them to just take it to a local drop off location. I had to drive 2 hours to get the rest if my packages. Horrible customer service!!!

I had an order from Nike expected. On the day of delivery I got a picture of two Walmart boxes that were supposedly delivered. Apparently to the wrong address because once I got home no Walmart boxes was there either. I called and filed a claim with FedEx for an investigation and track down the package. After about 2 days I was basically told nothing would be done and my claim closed. Thanks to the customer service at NIKE....my shoes were replaced and delivery expedited as well for free.

Mixed feelings. Have had so many packages lost or delayed. However, this time the driver went above and beyond and was awesome. Thank you.
