This location has a lot of problems. Most orders we have received were wrong (my coworker burger had no meat on the burger). Owner said he has a new guy. Isn't the owner suppose to be training instead of running out orders. Owner really didn't apologize or anything and gets upset if they mess up your order. The coffee is horrible. If you can't put meat on a burger, then maybe this isn't the right career for him. I will no longer be going to this Sonic. Too many mess ups and the no meat on the burger thing, just did it for me. This is my first bad review I have ever written. Just the straw that broke the camels back

The app was easy to move through, I liked that. My only problem was checking in through the app. I had to push the button and let them know I was there.
The shake is tasty, thick and oh so cooling in this hot weather. The carhop was so pleasant.
I am really digging this app

The food was fine, but the UN-sweet tea was bad. Do you know how long you have to go without properly cleaning the tea container for the UNsweet tea to go bad? There's no sugar. It takes a while. That's gross. If they're not cleaning the tea container/spout, then what else are they not cleaning??

Went here after a very unpleasant experience with the waffle house across the street, the service was great, and the food was amazing. The young man who brought my food out did an excellent job and gave me plenty of condiments. It completely erased my sullied mood.

Food was semi hot. Pretzel burnt without cheese sauce. So disappointing. I frequent the Colonel Glenn location where my order and service is always perfect. Maybe management needs to some notes from how that store is operated……Update….. got home and my order was completely wrong and cold. Will never return to this sonic.

Manager caught an attitude when we asked for light ice, I watched him walk in with his untucked shirt yelling inside mad because of our preference and was very unprofessional. You may want to check your employees, and the barbecue chicken was subpar.

My husband went up to the sonic in otter credit on stagecoach and didn’t get anything he order the Oreo blast wasn’t no Oreo blast it was chocolate ice cream with Oreo drop down in there and the ice cream is gross I called up there a girl that said her name was treasure said he could bring them back up there snd she would redo it I ssi why would he waste the gas money she said well there’s nothing else we can do let this be a warning thst the sonic on stagecoach and otter creek people don’t know how to do there job or just don’t care either one don’t waste your money going there. I would love to talk to the district manager or who ever owned the place but I’m sure they do t care either!! Will be making this Facebook live !!

Well do I have to explain I’m not sure who I’m going to have to contact but this and me and my bf both got two of these and he ate his well then I eat my first one pull out the second one and was cleaning the cheese around it and looked on the bottom and just like how gross does this sonic have to be.
