This location is not as good as the Shark's on Baseline Road or North Little Rock. You can definitely taste a difference in the food from the other locations to this one. Here, they don't even put the lemon ???? zest powder on the fish. All the soft drink and tea machines were out of order. The bread / toast had some weird brown stain that is not a presentable item. The cross beam above your head looks like it's about to snap in half. The place needs to be cleaned up as well. Music was on full blast which is good for the soul but not for the hearing aid I wear lol. I'm sure they can make this into a four star out of five - if they tried. I'll be back another time to give them a second chance.

To be so busy, all my food was cold. Fries were not done; fish & shrimp wasn't done &cold. My chicken was re-cooked, I could taste it. I just spent 33 dollas and only ate one piece of chicken
Call myself getting a family combo to eat for lunch and dinner. WHOLE BOX IN THE TRASH. This not my first time have issues with this location, but my first time LETTING YOU KNOW my horrible experience. Never again, yall can have it. Terrible

The owner and the staff are amazing; excellent customer service!! The fish, okra and hush puppies are the best ever!!! Would not get fish anywhere else but the Bryant .. Sharks

The food was actually horrible. Everything I had was greasy and didn't have the sharks signature seasoning. The lady who took my orders need a lot of training and her counting skills are horrible as well. The atmosphere was cool.

Gotta love when you walk up to order after reading the menu that is directly in front of your face in clear view of everyone and then the people behind the counter want to switch it up, telling you that it's not like that any more. PICK 2&3 combos list, that is on the menu above the cashier's head, CLEARLY has GIZZARDS in the list. But guess you can't always have it your way when they make up whatever changes they want to make without updating the menu. Wanted the pick 2 gizzards and shrimp but looks like I have to pay the same price for just a box of gizzards.

I put a lot of thought into rating a business and do so in a constructive and responsible manner rarely giving 2 and 3 star ratings but deserved in this case. This review is NOT directed towards the cashier she was working very hard to make things work with the little resources that were provided to her by MANAGEMENT, i.e.: she was the only person working the entire front area excluding the dining area. Taking phone orders, over the counter order, operating the cash register, sacking and believe me the restaurant was very busy and can support more help. Needless to say ONE person can't do it all without making mistakes so consequently the condiments and coleslaw were left out of our bag. She apologized when I brought it to her attention, of course I was extremely nice to her, knowing that she was doing the best anyone could do in the DISMAL POSITION MANAGEMENT had put her in. By the way you're out of cocktail sauce, both restrooms are out of order and the place needs remodeling and made to follow strict maintenance and cleaning procedures, it's nasty. To be clear I have been a long time customer of Shark's around the central Arkansas area and this location doesn't follow Shark's standards of operations. This visit was at the Otter Creek location on 12/10/22 between 6 and 7pm.

Clean, well lit dining area. We chose the catfish fillet and chicken gizzard dinners. Food was prepared fresh when we ordered. Very generous quantities of fries and okra for the both of us, along with the fillets in mine and the gizzards in the wife's. Two large pieces of catfish and many gizzards completed the servings. Each was packed well for transport back to the house. We enjoyed them very much. The restaurant offers a fairly wide variety of fried foods, (4 kinds of fish, & oysters and frog legs) sides (okra, corn, green beans, red beans and rice, cole slaw, mac 'n' cheese with the afore mentioned fries) six different salads and three desserts. They have lunch specials & large party trays as well as Family packs.

Unfortunately, today's visit wasn't good. Called in an order, phone was answered with"Hello" instead of restaurant name. After placing the order, we arrived at the location on Stagecoach to find only one member of the staff out front with a line of 5 people, no cook in sight. Two more staff came from the back by the time we reached the counter. At that time, we were told they were out of one item in the order. Why wasn't this mentioned when the call was placed? All in all it just seemed very unprofessional, even allowing for a busy lunchtime.
