The food is so very good! Also, a nice variety of food even the pasta is delicious! Great drinks too! We've been there 5 times and now it's a regular place for us! Good service too! The manager is awesome too! Highly recommend to anyone!

This restaurant opened several weeks ago and today seemed like an opportunity to visit. The food was very good and we will go back for sure. Restaurant was clean and inviting.

The salsa was nice and spicy which is good for me. Our queso was flavorful and not watery. My wife and daughter both ordered the enchiladas tipicas and I had the ranchero. These were very flavorful and well-portioned meals. Something about the rice made it some of the best I have had in the area. The prices were reasonable and worth it.

Our server was Julio and he did a good job. You will not find this location on TripAdvisor yet but it's worth visiting.

Went to Los Colinas Restaurant on the east end this afternoon. Ordered two beef enchiladas, 1 beef taco, and shredded chicken quesadillas to go, and they were absolutely delicious. They gave us a bag of chips and two containers of salsa which was also delicious. The guacamole was fresh and very tasty. I highly recommend giving this place a try or another try if you had it before.

Atmosphere is nice. Food is good, consistent but I have had better. It is very good for the area and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to someone. The servers are eager and pleasant but they miss some things because of the language barrier. There were two items ordered and they were not delivered with the order. Minor issue but irritating. I will return.

It was our first time, it took 35 minutes to get our food. The order wasn’t right. My burrito was cold. My husband didn’t even get his order. They had to go back and remake it. Our server nearly dropped the tray on my husband. The food flavor was not what I was expecting , considering the reviews.

We were really hungry for Tex Mex being from Houston but have been worried we would be disappointed if we tried somewhere near our home in Hot Springs Village. Boy! Were we surprised when we decided on Las Colinas for dinner tonight. When we walked in we were greeted by a sweet hostess that seated us immediately. The bar to the right seemed very modern with several TV screens and seating for at least 10 people. The colors were bright and very traditional. I like that their salsa was spicy and served in a carafe. Chips were fresh and pretty good! My husband had the carnitas which were tender and tasty. His beans had a good flavor (he declined the tortillas so no reviews on those). I was pleasantly surprised by my three Birria tacos! The marinated beef was fabulous. They were a tad greasy but delicious. Served with purple onion, cilantro and and Birria dipping sauce. As good as anything in Houston. Honestly. Our food came out quickly and the wait staff and bartender were Latina and knew the menu well. They had a special margarita for less than $4 so I had one. And the rim was covered with Tajin! My favorite. The only two things missing on the menu were Chicken Enchiladas Verdes, and Tecate beer which no Tex Mex restaurant would be without in Houston. BUT…it’s not Houston so I’d say they are doing a great job!

I ordered to go, so this review is not about the atmosphere or the service, just the food.
First the prices... Typical of most lunch prices in the area. $8.99 minus a small tip for taking my order.
Next, the ground beef in the taco salad was seasoned nicely and it was not greasy. The shell was crispy. The toppings were a little lacking. There was a pinch of lettuce, a couple of pieces of diced tomato and a dab of sour cream. NO cheese! (really guys? ????u200d♀️)
I expected cheese, guac and maybe a scattering of jalapenos. Charge the extra buck or two and you would have had a GREAT salad. I have to admit I was disappointed.
I will give this place another try before I make a final decision.
Management, please read the reviews that people have left and consider making a few changes. I want you to succeed in your business!

Decided to try Las Colinas again as we had a bad experience the first time which was just after they opened. Glad we did! The food came out hot and delicious. Service was excellent! We will definitely be back! Seems they have worked out the opening day issues!
