I live here they have nightly weekly monthly rental spots and help you get settled in. It's great lake access close by and very quiet area. They also offer cabin and on site rv rentals.

Great land. Great view. Family Friendly customer service . Down to earth folks running the place. I really enjoyed the night sky view of all the stars over the countryside property in the beautiful hills of the Ozarks in Arkansas. This place has Great infrastructure for a venue, and beautiful cozy cabin homes all over the property. It’s a wonderful spot to rent for events of all kinds. Went to the first festival they hosted on the grounds called “Steings and Friends.” It was a beautiful heart warming experience. I cannot wait to visit again when I come back through Lead Hill.

Enter at your own risk. I was there for over 2 years, tree branch fell through my RV and owner & management refused responsibility. Had 2 fires at hookup, lost everything in the last one. I worked part time there but no (ZERO) budget for anything, got evicted for turning them into Fire Marshall. Positive reviews are people who got free rent

I've lived here in my 5th wheel for 5 months. It is quiet and a nice place to be. I have a huge deck with a view of the lake and walk down often with my dog. The rental price is super affordable. There are a number of nice cabins and rv spots of all sizes.

We are staying here currently waiting on our house to be finished . The management is friendly the RV we are renting is nice and the resort is clean peaceful and quiet . It's everything we need to be comfortable until our home is complete and the price is more than reasonable considering hotel rates !

False advertising at its best! No tv, no wifi, no trails. There are no king size beds they are full size. People running the place don't know where the caves they advertise are. Major disappointment!! No worth the outrageous price they ask for!!! Will never bring my family here ever again!

I lived here for a year and a half. It is a beautiful place and it is a good value. The management is professional and it was a great place to stay.
