This was the 2nd time I have ate at a sonic. Food was hot, great variety available. We barely fit in the slot for parking and ordering. Great staff. Hard to be understood on the intercom when we ordered. Took the food home which was only a few miles away. A little space on the chili on my coney and delicious. Nice there was lots of napkins ketchup was included even though we forgot to ask.

Maybe it was an off day. Car hop was friendly enough and I didn't wait long for my food. But the fries were down to long and burnt, but the rest of the food was good. They forgot my kids meal initially, but the car hop realized it the same time I did and got it immediately. They were using caution tape to tape off every unused stall when I arrived, no idea why, but it made them look closed.

This Sonic does not have any stalls open 90% of the time . Probably the last time I will eat here . The onion rings taste like they were left over from last week . And the burger wasn't much better. This used to be a good place to eat . Far from that now .

This is the best Sonic in Arkansas. we try to stop at Sonic while traveling, and this sonic has not disappointed.
Great cooks food is just as ordered. Great service, too.
The only thing is the pickels have changed...boo

This review is not directed towards the carhops or cooks, but it's more about how the franchise owner is managing the place, or I should say, not managing it so well. They’ve had the stalls closed off with caution tape for months, and they're only keeping the drive-thru open. It's a real hassle because you can't order through the app and take advantage of any deals. There’s no drive-thru option on the app, which doesn't make sense if the store is operating as a drive thru only.

Service can be a little slow, but not for lack of trying by staff. They are typically short staffed. Food is fine for fast food. Clean bathrooms. Both stalls and drive through are currently open.

The whole place is marked with caution tape, so I had to wait in the drive through line just to find out that they don’t take Sonic coupons! Not even the ones from the cards the schools sell.

Carhop was rude and you could tell she didn't wanna be there. The lack of staff really says a lot about management
