CATV has treated me very well with fiber optic cable and timely service. I live out in the boondocks in Bismarck, Arkansas and I get better service, reception than my siblings in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Thank you CATV.!!!

I am very happy with this company. The pricing can't be beat with what service we have with them. The people are friendly and will keep you updated if something is changing and answers any questions I have have with anything. Very happy.

I finally found unlimited internet for my home (my job requires me to have unlimited) and best of all, it's fiber! I just wish finding them online was easier than it initially was.

Had to request repair ,cause no phone service after storm .
Was at the house before I got back ,thumbs up.

You'll notice that all the bad reviews for CATC are from years ago. Not sure what they were doing back then, but... They have recently been heavily deploying fiber lines into various parts of the area. I've had their service for 2 years, and we just installed in a second house. It hasn't gone down once. Not ONE time. Every time I test the speed I get nearly exactly what I'm paying for. The service is UNDER priced - for this kind of service in any big city, you'll be paying through the nose for equivalent speeds. When I call in (which has never been for problems, only questions/account changes), I talk to a human ... without long holds. Every person on the installation teams were very professional, friendly, and did above-and-beyond high quality job. I've been in I.T. for u003e 20 years, and have been a programmer for several years now (I don't work at or with CATC). I am a dedicated customer and will sing their praises to anyone who will listen.
