So incredibly polite staff!! Food was fresh and made properly. Definitely one of my stops on my way to my fav destination!

We asked an employee if they were closed the response was “yes we are temporarily closed” with employees standing outside one with a headset on the other on the phone. Lights were not on outside just inside. This was between 10 and 11 I believe. We love taco bell but this time was disappointing we are from out of state and hungry from being on the road. Hopefully there was a good reason for temporary closure.

absolutely awful!!!!! my quesadilla wouldve been good but half of it was just a tortilla and no filling ????????????. my dipping taco tasted like dog food, and the soft taco cane unassembled, meaning when he handed it to us at our taco half the meet had already fell out but at least the cheese sauce was good. for $20 i expected a lot more and better food ????

We got the best food and service at a taco bell we have ever had. If you work at this store and were working on the above dates and time.... Absolutely killed it ???? hands down the best tacobell Crew in the country. Food 10/5 service 7/5

I've been to this taco bell dozens of times and 75% of the time the food isnt even close to how it should be made and thats ONLY when they give you the right order... Hands down the worst taco bell i have ever seen.. needs new management

Our Benton and Malvern hometown Taco Bell is always good, always Happy, helpful smiling workers, eager to please!!! The food good as always!

Okay, so there's a way to simulate the chili cheese burrito now, so much like Jesus on Easter, Taco Bell is alive again. However, my enjoyment of the Chilito shouldn't depend on taking everything off of the Beefy Five Layer Melt and adding red sauce and asking nicely to have it grilled.

Something is always out, unavailable, or wrong with our order. Especially when ordering online. Staff is sometimes friendly and other times rude, it completely depends on the day.
