It's been several years since we were in the area but I was glad to see Fat Boys was still open. We've had several great meals there and expected another. They didn't disappoint at all.

My wife had the chicken strips, pinto beans and hush puppies. I ordered the catfish, fries and baked beans. Oh my, goodness all over the plate.

Food was piping hot and well prepared. As much as dessert sounded good, we had no room. The sweet tea was "Southern Approved" and we over drank it. Our server was on top of things as well.

I didn't have the BBQ...but I did order Shrimp. Not a fan. The shrimp taste was like other food was cooked in the same oil. The potato salad was good not great.... The beans was really good.
My dad enjoyed the rack of ribs, corn on the cob and the green beans.

Awesome food and some of the nicest people working there. You don't find customer service like this very often. Will definitely be back when we are in the area.

Second time visiting Fat Boys and it didn't disappoint. Got the chicken salad first time and chicken was fresh and cooked to perfection, in my opinion. Got the 3 piece catfish meal 2nd time. Large portion, took most of it home. Cole slaw and potato salad was so good and I'm picking about that. Seasoning on fish was good as well along with hushpuppies. Server and staff were quick and friendly.

Pork nachos fireeeee ????????????I wished I lived closer I got the amount of meat that I deserved. The servers are polite. Succulent. full time driver part time food critic.

I had the best waitess I ever had at an eating establishment. She went out of her way to see that everything was perfect and it was! Don't forget the food. It was superb. I had to take some home!.

Fat Boys was a beacon of light in a relatively dark area food-wise. Not to say there aren't other good places around Arkadelphia, but once we found Fat Boys we went back again and again! When you are traveling for work you usually want one of two things - 1) Amazing local food OR 2) something consistent. Fat Boys delivers both. Everything we ordered looked, smelled, and tasted homemade, from the fries to the catfish to the pork cutlets and BBQ. Is it the best BBQ brisket I've ever had? No, but it was juicy, tender and flavorful. We also went on Steak Night Tuesday and the 16oz. boneless Ribeye was pretty close to perfect. The food is prepared honestly without fuss and tasted great. HUGE portions for certain items (I think that's by design) and everything is priced fairly. If I ever come back to Arkadelphia, I will know where I'm going for dinner.
