Excellent customer service was provided. We accidentally dropped our fries but they gave us another free. We love the food and the excellent team.

Ordered a smoothie with my meal and they didnt put it on the receipt so I asked if i could reorder it at the food pickup window and they said no you have to drive back around. I drove back around and tried to order it and they said they werent making them today. So I asked if they could make a fanta freeze and they said they werent making those either. Could have just said they didnt want to make that the firdt time I ordered it instead of lying about me not ordering it hoping I would just drive off and having my drive around again. ????

This is the only time I’ve ever left a review for McDonald’s but I had to praise this staff. So friendly, so kind and went above and beyond to make my little boy feel seen. The sweetest staff. Hot food!

If you are in a hurry and have no time to cook, this place will set you up. I like the breakfast, my only complaint is that the pancakes are sweet even without syrup. When it comes to lunch and dinner their menu represents who they are, a fast food restaurant. I always try to cook at home, but whenever I can't this is the place to go.

Everyone.. Please pray for the puppy on degrey lake bridge. There are 3 people trying to catch her... She's a greyhound mix. Just so hot and hungry. Or please go help! Animals need us!! Please.. ????. She's on the side of the road... Away from the grass. Love u all

Caddo Valley McDonald's knows how to handle app orders. Like no questions, no confusion, no hassle, everything was just how I ordered it, and it was fresh!! Besides all that... our food was very well put together, not sloppy and messy or falling apart. They made our 2023 Easter a little bit happier today! Thanks so much!

DO NOT EAT HERE! Speaker is broke. The personnel working here are subpar to say the best. Very rude and uneducated is putting it politely. My family will never be back at this mcdonalds.

Drive thru... Got asked to park to wait for my orange juice. Really? Wait for an orange juice!?!?! Then I go inside to get my orange juice they had it filled with ice. Tricks because they "ran out". The Store Manager is RUDE and talks to customers like children. If I could give "0" stars I would. Pathetic location.
