First off I’ll give 5⭐️ to the friendly staff. I avoid busy times and have always had very quick service.
The 3 stars is more toward Sonic corporate as they set the standard for the menu items. While there are some good items like the Coney Dogs and Onion Rings the burgers are sub-par and overpriced. The buns and cheese are obviously the cheapest they can source, the lettuce and tomato were missing in action (see picture) and there’s no excuse for a couple of tiny pieces of chopped onion when they use whole onion slices for the rings.
Sonic has some tasty ice cream treats and I enjoy the old school drive-in vibe but especially with no indoor seating, or the expense of it, the prices should come down and the quality should come up.

Pretty average. The servers are usually friendly and helpful but the orders are periodically fulfilled incorrectly. Today I ordered a 44oz drink with no ice because I just really wanted to maximize my Dr. Pepper intake. Well the cup came out filled about 2 inches below the top and when I measured the liquid when I got home I was pretty disappointed as it didn’t even measure 32oz (a whole size smaller!). Maybe next time 44oz will actually be 44oz. I’ll upload the photos if it lets me.

We eat at Sonic about 3 or 4 times a month. We like the food quality, the service, and the location of Sonic. I really like using the app. I can order from 15 mi away and tell the app that I'll pick it up in 15 minutes and the food is ready when we get there. The people who bring the food to the car are always friendly and will make sure you're a happy camper before they leave the car. I also like the occasional promos Sonic offers through the app. The promo gives me an opportunity to taste some additional menu items that I might not normally order.

Food is normally pretty okay, but the service has declined RAPIDLY. It takes them 10+ minutes to answer one of the machines on a non busy day. We were able to download the app, order our food, and get it before they decided to answer it. It’s not broken either because we eat here frequently and it happens every time.

I've been here twice to eat, and both times they have messed up my order. The first was a mix up, the second was just poor service. A chicken sandwich without the chicken... Yum mayonnaise, lettuce, and pickles in a bun! The lemonade my son ordered made him sick to his stomach. When we went to check it, and it smelled foul like rotten eggs!

There is no quality check on anything they send out the door! I will not be coming back to this establishment.

The guy that brings me my food in the am seems to always be in a good mood, I've even Sean him at casys twice, and he is always happy. Attitude and respect is my most important Feature in service.
