At the end of the day when you want a sweet treat choose this Dairy Queen. All the employees are very kind. Their counters, aprons or work shirts, and floors are clean. The treats are delicious. We always enjoy our experience.

One star for not honoring the posted drive-through hours. Summer closing time for Saturday is advertised as 11:00pm. I arrived approx 13 minutes before that to get ice cream for my kids. The drive-through order board was already turned off, and I was ignored at the window. Wasted time and gas for nothing. This happened once before on a different night. Will not return to this location.

I personally had chicken . They were so dry that had to wash piece down. Only 3 pieces I couldn't even finish.
The front counter was just kids. And they weren't in a hurry to help anyone.
Obviously someone else will have different outcome. But for me I'll never go back

The food at the Bella Vista location has been and still is fresh and good. The only complaint I have is with the popcorn shrimp basket. The price has gone up over a dollar this year, however, the quantity has gone down. Purchase 2 dinners this evening and each one had a dozen or less shrimp in it. For $9 each, the meal value isn't worth it. More like a kids meal. Curious to know what the portion size is supposed to be

Fast friendly service. Burgers are generous portions. Loaded with all the fresh toppings. The new A1 loaded Burger was good. I don't have a huge sweet tooth but I recently ordered the Sea Salt Toffee Fudge and it was tasty. The balance of the salt helped offset the sweet toffee. The seasonal Pumpkin looked like another interesting flavor profile to check out.

I love their soft vanilla ice cream cones. I buy 2, 3, or 4 large cones almost every week...with regularity. Service at the drive-through window is great...mostly ladies and they are ALWAYS friendly/polite. However, one gentleman at the window hands me an ice cream cone with his bare hands, without the napkin wrapped around the base. Even though the cone comes with a paper wrapping around the base, the edible cone itself can easily come in contact with bare hands. His hand was touching it. Since I don't know how often the gentleman washes his hands, I would prefer the ice cream cone handed to me WITH a napkin. Otherwise...yummy.

Amazing service, very kind and fast! And the food was of course delicious! I almost always come here for lunch if I work in Bella Vista, I love this DQ. The staff are so kind and prompt too! Keep being amazing, I appreciate you all!

I’ve been very disappointed with this location recently. My last 3 orders have not been good. The window workers are nice but they got our order wrong last time. The last 3 Blizzards I ordered were all made different. Hardly any toppings in them which is what I look forward too.
