New to BV as of 4 months so getting to know all the local restaurants. I’m a pizza lover, having owned a couple myself. But for those that know me, I rate based on dining experience, so overall have to go with a 3 here. Let’s break it down
1. Customer Service - 4 stars. First impression was a 3 because there was no one greeting us and I honestly didn’t know who to talk to about getting a table. Our server was polite and attentive but appetizer came out about 5 min after our pizza. Very strange. Again, apologetic server but seemed robotic.
2. Food Quality - 2.5 stars. Pizza was average temp while the appetizer was scalding (burnt my mouth). More cheese than needed on a pizza but I like more thin crust NY Neapolitan style. Crust lacked flavor and you could tell was cooking at 575 degrees for about 15 min. Little to cardboard my friend me. Sad to say but my favorite thing was the large soda cups - AWESOME.
3. Ambiance - 3 Stars. They get a good turn out but not sure if it is because of convenience or the vibe. Hard to move around in the dining area as tables are uniquely placed. Family behind us had a toddler that must not have been having a good day so a lot of screaming towards the end of our meal. I get it, we have four kids but didn’t appear to be much effort by the parents to console the child so that didn’t help the dining experience.
4. Cleanliness - 3 stars. It’s average but the bathrooms definitely need some attention.
Overall - Some simple adjustments could help it stand out. I wasn’t dying to have leftovers the next day which is unfortunate.

I placed a pick up order that was ready on time and I was greeted immediately while walking in the door. This was my first try at this restaurant and a deep dish pizza in general. I got a CYO Chicago style 9” with pepperoni and sausage. The flavors were decent. I recently tried their traditional style too. Decent flavors as well.

My head tells me this was a 3-star dining experience but my head says 4.
I picked up a to-go pie, 13” Dirty Bird.
Overall it was quite tasty but the absolute HEAPS of cheese distracted from the other flavors. The crust had a good texture but was overshadowed by Cheese Mountain which also masked the Honey Habanero sauce. The fresh jalapeños were crisp and had a decent zip but I added a little crushed red pepper for a bit more spice. The red onion was sweet but not over cooked.
Service was fine and the bar patrons seemed to be having a good time. While I’m not exactly singing their praises I would certainly return to give this pizza joint/bar another shot. It seems to have all you’d want from a small-town hangout. ????????

Placed take out order and the place seemed cool when we stopped by to pick up (and very busy). They gave us the wrong order (we didn’t think to check the food before we left so that’s kind of on us too) and when we realized we called to see if they still had our order and went back to pick it up. They offered us the other food in addition to our order. The pizza wasn’t my favorite, but certainly not bad. The buffalo wings, however, were TERRIFIC!

Pizza is excellent for Arkansas and even by Chicago standards is very good. So says my 98 year old dad who lived almost his entire life there and knows a thing or two. I am 3rd generation Chicago and agree with him. The flavors and ingredients are fresh!

Some nice beers to wash it down with and the service is was equally good.

This is our go to place for pizza in NW Arkansas for sure.

I mean, look at that happy face!

Luis the manager and Jessica were the best, they came and checked on us and we had the best experience. The pizza was the very best I have ever had and that says a lot. I am from Chicago and we owned our own pizza restaurant so I know good pizza. If you have never tried we had double chunk sausage and mushroom and extra cheese and as I said amazing! Sorry ate the pizza. It was so filling could not eat more than a few pieces

There was a mishap with my online order and they offered to remake the pizza which was great! Customer service 10/10. The problem was the remade pizza wasn’t cooked. I cannot have dairy so I had to get no cheese and maybe that caused the issue but the taste and texture of raw pizza dough is 0/10 for me. Really disappointed

The Pizza was pretty darn good. Has two regular crust pizza. We ordered take out, was told 30 min on a Fri and it was done with in that time. If you dine in be prepared to wait.. the place was packed. The restaurant is bigger than it looks too. Lots of seating.
