I've gotten some of the worst pizza's I've ever had in my life at this store. Not sure what's wrong here but I'm guessing ownership doesn't care because it's been this way a looooong time.

I would bounce between Pizza Hut and the other place across the highway. The other place consistently messed up my order. The Hut on the other hand always gets it right for the pizzas that I normally order. Haven't had a bad experience with them yet. I won't be going back to the others across the highway.

My only complaint is, with the thin crust pizza, the cheese is always burnt. I would love to have smooth and stringy like it does on your other pizzas. I don't know if theirs a solution for this.

Pizza was burned/ veggies were flat and burned to a crisp. No extra sauce when ordered. It's just bad pizza. I have ordered from here many times hoping the pizza quality would get better but geeeeez I would rather go to Dominos / Papa Johns / any pizza place. This is not the first time either that the pizza here has sucked!!

(3.5) Usable fast food pizza that fills a need but is far from an enjoyable dinning experience. I haven’t experienced the same issues as some reviewers, any negative service would kill my perception since the pizza and wings are average at best. On the plus side the wings are much larger than Dominos wings and the pizza is cheap if you get the “deal”. Definitely third on the list in Bella Vista behind (1) Gusano’s and (2) Dominos.

Glad we tried again! If you are like us, you love Pizza Hut but have had terrible experiences with the location in Bella Vista. I am so happy to say that we are very pleased, after reluctantly trying it again tonight! Everything is exactly what we ordered, delivered quickly (friendly driver), and our food was still hot! I even called the store to give my compliments to the manager, Maria!
I am SO glad this location is finally under new management since we last tried it over a year ago and ultimately gave up on this PizzaHut...Please keep up the great work and know that you are appreciated!!

Always understaffed and always slow. I would never come here again, even for carryout.

Purchased the dinner box with pizza, bread sticks, and cinnamon sticks. With an additional baked pasta bowl. Pasta bowl, bread sticks and cinnamon sticks were fine. The pepperoni pan pizza was another matter all together. Over 1/2 of the square cut pieces were missing a good portion of the mozzarella cheese. Thankfully I had some and was able to doctor the pieces and serve them with no one the wiser, but it was a sure disappointment after paying what I did for the treat.
