Great selection of southern cuisine and friendly service. I'd highly suggest the prime rib on a jumbo biscuit, very delicious. Awesome selection of craft beer on tap and cocktails. Joins a choclatier shop too which is convenient for dessert. Give them a visit in Tuscaloosa!

Fun, casual place to have a good meal. I like their brunch on the patio when the weather is good. They have a good bar menu and their margaritas are some of the best in the city. They are known for their biscuits. Our favorites foods are the MeMe sandwich, the biscuit burger , and we also love the burger sliders that are topped with homemade pimento cheese. Sooo good! We were passing through heading back to Texas, decided to give this place a try. Our server Madison did a great job. We had a few questions and she answered everyone of our questions. She had several other tables, but she was very attentive to our table. We would definitely go back. Great job Madison. We loved the Prime Rib Rolls and the Fried Pork Skins with Buffalo Pimento Cheese Dip.

Good meal overall and been here often. This time was a little disappointing. Only issue we had was with the steak oscar special. Steak was overdone and under seasoned. At $55 it should have been cooked to temp and seasoned properly. Not our usual experience here.

Southern Ale House was able to provide us with rehearsal dinner and reception catering for our wedding in July. They were always timely with communication, followed through on deadlines, and most important of all, delivered two delicious meals for our event. Their prices are competitive and their staff was always friendly and courteous to us inside and outside of the restaurant even before we elected to utilize their catering services. They also cut our cake! If you have an event in need of food I would give them a try!

Great food! Dill Pickle burger was great! The sweet potato tots were very different! Loved them! The wife ordered the cheeseburger sliders and she ate them all and said they were delicious! Thanks SAH for a great meal!

Nice restaurant to get your southern style dishes in a nice atmosphere. This place can get packed so make sure you reserve a spot.

Very nice and cool place to eat. Fresh very good quality food and nice friendly staff. Will definitely eat here again. The ribeye, mac n cheese and asparagus was delicious and the appetizers are very good also especially the prime rib rolls.
