The food was good as always but this was the filthiest Chick fil A I have ever visited. The floor was full of smashed food, loose food, and trash. All of the tables were dirty and stains were everywhere. While speaking with the manager I realized how filthy everything was behind the counter and started to point it out and received no reaction. This was clearly poor leadership and management. I would imagine other folks heads would be spinning that work for this company if they visited this location. This location kills the reputation this company has worked hard to keep. The photos that I did get do no justice but I did get a few.

The lettuce and tomatoes were old and soggy. The sandwiches smelled. I wasted $35.00 on that food and it was inedible. I have never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A until I went to this location. I never will again. And it may be a while before I go to any store. That was a horror.

Has management changed at this location or what? Only a few know or care about good customer service. I stop here just about every morning ordering curbside and lately I wait AT LEAST 10-15 minutes every time and its not many cars here at all. When I get my food its either cold or something is missing. This is now 15 minutes that I’ve been waiting currently and all I ordered was a biscuit today. This is for sure my last day stopping here.

Blacked grilled nuggets my 1 year old wouldn’t even eat. They forgot the fries, no one wanted to be the one to get them and spent a few minutes just waiting for someone to get them for me. I had ordered a spicy chicken deluxe. Opened it and it was not deluxe. Was just going to eat it anyways to not have to deal with these employees again. Bit into it and it wasn’t even a spicy chicken sandwich. Manager was unapologetic. Got a refund for the sandwich and grilled nuggets. Now have to go elsewhere to feed my daughter and I after driving for 8 hours today.

Ordering was easy. I had a big order this morning. I was cashed out and went to window. Staff was friendly. I think her name was camiah? She pulled me up after giving me my drinks. After about 10 minutes my massive order came out by Jamie. She was super friendly. I will be back! This CFA has really turned around!

Generally it is always great here but Beyannica was so pain stackingly rude, it was ridiculous. I've never had a chic fila worker speak to me like this. Maybe a better fit at McDonald's?
I had to repeat my order at least 3 times in which she could not understand either time until the final time I corrected (took 5 minutes to order 3 things) and then she back talked me

I went through drive to get grilled nuggets and side pickles I always get this at every chick fil a was told couldn’t add pickles I said “oh I’ll pay for them” still no we don’t sell pickles. I said but I always add pickles she said no we don’t. Drove to window ask her and my girl from drive through was there said I already told you we can’t add pickles we can only add extra if you buy sandwich?? I said but you sell food and I want to add pickles to my nuggets, I ask to see manager I said the same thing, she said no we don’t have a button for pickles, I said omg I’ll pay for the pickles! Charge me for a drink I don’t care! She pressed button charged .50 cents gave me 2 tiny pickle chips! I will never be back to that location! Horrible customer service! They are in business to sell food but wouldn’t sell me side pickles unless I ordered sandwich instead of nuggets! STUPID!
