I went through drive thru and was told to pull up just as soon as I reached the window for the food. I had already waited in the line for 7 minutes just to wait another 9 for people to check their social while handling customers. The food was completely wrong. They asked me did I have three orders I knee absolutely nothing about. I asked for management but she was looking on the phone with the other worker so I just gave up at that point. Needless to say, I hope to never experience that again.

When we walked in we were not greeted and there wasn't an employee at the counter so we ordered from the kiosk. While ordering I noticed a fly towards the top of the kiosk, it looked as if the kiosk had not been cleaned in a while. When we finished and paid, I did not receive a receipt. I assumed our order number because we were the only customers inside. While waiting for food I noticed the wet floor signs and looked around for water; as my eyes scanned the restaurant I began to notice all the grease that was swirled around on the floor and walls and tables and counters. It looked as if someone dipped a rag into the grease and wiped everything down. It was disgusting. There were flies everywhere! It also took about 30 minutes for us to get our food. They were unorganized and asked me multiple times did I get my order, or what was my order. There was a young man who finally addressed our order. Will never go back there. I came home and immediately removed my shoes!

Absolutely terrible experience. We've been going here for years and there have always been problems with this place but never quite this bad. We ordered online and then placed a separate order in the drive thru which we waited 30 minutes to get through. When we finally get to the window, they hadn't even made the food for the online order which was placed roughly 20-30 minutes before we even got to the restaurant. When we inquired about the online order, the lady at the window got an attitude and said it would be awhile before we got our food. We received the order from the drive thru before the food from the online order (which, again, was placed 30 minutes before we even got there!) The lady at the window was extremely rude, and all of our food was wrong. I ordered a bacon ranch mccrispy and they gave me an overwhelmingly spicy mccrispy instead. It was literally so spicy that I had to throw it away and make a ham sandwich for dinner. I highly recommend you go to a different McDonalds and stay away from this cesspool of poor quality. I will only be returning to get the sandwich I paid for and then I will never return again!

Absolutely horrible service and rude behavior all we heard while ordering was cursing and shouting about someone is going to be F-upped and the whole place was disgusting and smelled with flies everywhere we didn’t even eat the food it was to disgusting and didn’t get the right food on top of that we just left and returned the food I will take that as a 30 dollar lesson to never set foot in this McDonald’s again the whole corporation should be ashamed of this place and the people who were working while we were there

Pretty good for a McDonald's. I eat there without concern. Everybody is nice and looks out for the customers by doing their job correctly

This restaurant has been terrible since they remodeled. The employees are not professional at all. They stay in the back & walk right by you without speaking. I won't go back. That was my 2nd time I went with the same results.

Nobody ever came on speaker to take our order after waiting about 5 minutes, so we drove to window to tell them and the lady at the first window wouldn’t take our order and told us to drive back around. No wonder there is 3 stars for this location. I really dislike customer service now days.
