Had a really good sausage ,egg, and cheese biscuit with hashbrown and coke. Really really good. Only reason gave a 4 on service people was standing behind counter looking at us and had to be told by another person there to take our order.

The lady with crochet braids is very unprofessional and rude. They never said anything at the speaker box and when we drove up, she got an attitude and would not take my order!!! I spent 10 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break waiting for them and when I pulled to the window, they were all standing around the front counter playing and talking.

Great food, Reasonably priced. Burgers are huge! Service during the evening isn't the best but I've had worse!

Food good restaurant clean
Service is awful workers at breakfast time very disrespectful to customers worse place yet I want be going back I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone .

Moved back to Tuscaloosa couple of days ago and was so excited to see Hardees up and running again!!!! Land of the thick burger lol as Michelle would say lol. Michelle and Jessica always kept me coming back every morning before work, they are awesome hard working ladies..I was very sad to hear Jessica wasn’t there anymore. Got breakfast for me and my family and it was nice and fresh. Thanks for opening hardees back up and continuing great service.

They got my order right, this place was very busy. The chicken sandwich wasn't very good, tasted of old burnt oil. My Frisco burger was pretty good.

I don’t understand why this location is so slow. 20 minutes in the drive through at 7am on a Saturday morning is ridiculous.
