Nice atmosphere, not too crowded. Large portions! 3 of us shared the Thai nachos. They were great!!
I ordered fish and chips, my husband had the bacon burger, and my daughter had the salmon. They were all delicious!

We met some friends for dinner on what was a busy night in Tuscaloosa. We were seated quickly and waited on promptly. Our server was so friendly and attentive and just wonderful. The food was fresh and original. It was pub food elevated and done masterfully. It's a small menu but all the favorites like a burger, parmesian chicken, and fish & chips. It's in an historic building downtown which was very cool. Maybe a tad pricey but the food really is excellent. To me it was worth the price for our evening out.

I'm so bummed. My favorite thing to order, the steak sandwich got removed from the menu. Hadn't been here in a while, and besides the steak sandwich thing (after I called to see if they were serving it and was literally told yes they were serving it). Bunch of servers training, but ours disappeared for 10-15 min at a time throughout the meal, but the kicker for me was the price that has seemingly gone up. $70 for 2 people to eat. I posted my receipt. Dont get me wrong, the food is good, but im sorry I don't wanna pay $31 for a pork chop and a couple of potatoes and asparagus (for some unknown reason I wasnt given the asparagus, i was given the potatoes that are supposed to come with it, and fries. Why would I get fries and potatoes lol. I ate it regardless. But with all this, I won't be going back :/

Was out riding my Harley and stopped for a drink and a sandwich. Best pork cutlet sandwich and ice tea in Tuscaloosa. Will make sure I stop here the next time I’m in town.

In town for just the week and let me tell you, between the friendly and attentive staff, the great food and the venue itself.. it was an easy decision to make repeat visits. I don't often do that in a new city as someone well traveled would typically look for different experiences and local tastes. Avenue pub had great staff, knowledgeable of the area full of recommendations. The food was great, as I mentioned the burger was a must have. I'd make a case to say it was the best I've had yet, and the fries ????. The venue was definitely to my liking, full height exposed brick. Amazing outdoor seating arrangement and live music. Avenue pub has made my "trust me, you'll love it" list.

Great casual date night or lunch spot. We have always had a great experience here. Food, drinks, and service are always excellent!

We walked in on a beautiful Sunday afternoon, our 1st time dining here. We enjoyed chicken bites, absolutely delicious and fresh! I added garden salad along with our appetizer, it was also fresh with good presentation. I enjoyed the fish and chips with a little malt vinegar splashed on the beer battered filets..melted in my mouth..My companion order a bacon cheeseburger and added fried egg..He thoroughly enjoyed it! We had the absolute best server, Ella it was a pleasure meeting you! She never missed a beat, gave us great suggestions from the bar to the main course meals.. We will definitely come back!
