Awesome people to work for.
Very easy going dispatcher that will work with you to get you were you need to be when you need to be there.
Great starter company and also good place for experienced drivers.

Stay clear of this company they are a joke. I work for them for 6 years then I wanted a home job to be home with my kids more. So I apply for a job with Coca-Cola and every thing come back good then they contact wiley sander and they lied and said I had two preventable Accident when I only had one preventable and 2 unpreventable and I called Doug kitchens and he told me Coca-Cola was lying when Coca-Cola showed me what they sent so Coca-Cola denied me so if you a new driver or a trainee stay far far far far far way trust me they with black mail you if you try to get another job. Their way better company for you new drive so don't get caught up with them bc they will run your name in the ground.

August 9, 7:35pm Hwy 74 outside of Chadbourn NC. One of your drivers literally came over on our side. We was directly beside him and he kept coming over. We had to blow the form and brake to keep from being hit. If not y’all would had an accident to report. Someone needs to talk to driver about paying attention.

They only care about the team drivers. Solo drivers don't get miles. Why can't the solo drivers go west? We can't. Why can't the team drivers go east? Because they are special. Not right and so wrong. Less than 900 miles last week. Not because of me. Shipper and omni tracks screw ups. And then they overlooked another load that was to be paid. I have over 500 dollars in bills this week and can't pay. Not right. Team drivers have all. Solo drivers are at the mercy of this company. You choose. It's your decision.

Great company for new and experienced drivers. It took me alittle bit to get used to the road life, but have come to love it. If you have considered driving a truck, go earn your CDL-A, and get paid to see our great nation! The first 6-12 months are getting comfortable with your equipment, learning how it operates. Once you've got that, get ready for vacation! If I had family to come home to, I would have considered the bulk division so I could be home more frequently. But OTR fits me just great. Not forced dispatched, I won't go east of Ohio, and dispatcher is ok with that and still finds me good miles. If your looking to get rich, play the lotto. If your looking to starve, sit on your backside or depend on someone else. But if you want to be able to have some steak with your potatoes, check out Wiley Sanders.

New to the trucking industry, choose Wiley sanders to start my new career and I couldn’t be happier ! I went threw the training program and have to say it was a good experience, my trainer “ Gabriel Davis “ was very professional, knowledgeable, and helped me upgrade to my own truck easily , one year later and I’m still loving it and talk to Gabriel almost daily ,,,,

I was told something that made it all make sense. There are four people really trying to take over the company because they are gods there everybody thought it was Max Hughes but no the people that were talking about Max he's trying to take over the company is the people trying to take over the company and it starts in a safety department Three men and one woman

Been more states then I can count in the whole 6 weeks of training come Friday I test out to be solo driver definitely a accomplishment I’ve been wanting for a long time thank you to the best trainer at Wiley Sanders Gabe Davis idk if it’s okay with you but I’m ready to not share a truck anymore ????
