My favorite lady. I absolutely love stopping by here. When I walk in I feel like I'm talking to a neighbor or friend. Shipping is easy and cheap compared to other shipping services and feeling welcomed is worth more than a couple extra dollars anyway. Thanks so much for what you guys do everyday.

I go to the Tanner Post Office daily to ship packages. The lady there always has a smile on her face no matter the amount of packages I have and sometimes it’s quite a few. She’s always very helpful if I’m needing tracking information about any packages that I have shipped. I’ve used several different post office locations over the years with my small business but this one is by far my favorite! I always get courteous efficient service!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I stop in at least twice a week to drop off packages and half the time they’re not there! No note of why or anything. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I would call and try and talk to a supervisor but they’re not there to answer the phones. Absolute disgrace of a post office.

Great USPS here. Customer friendly, very knowledgeable about products and shipping services. Appreciate Mrs. Tina and the postal personnel for the customer service.

Does anyone work here. I’ve been trying to pick up a package for a week now. This is unacceptable.

I came in this morning to mail Christmas items to my daughter in MO. I was trying to figure out what box I could use that would be best and Tina behind the counter took control of the situation. She said, what you got? Bring all that here. I’ve been here 16 years, I can help you. She preceded to get a box from behind the counter, tape it up, put all my items in it, close it up, tape it and even put the address label on top. I wasn’t feeling well and Tina went above and beyond to help me today. I am beyond thankful. Also, she had a positive attitude with w/everyone that walked through the door.
