Food was really good! Thought it was appropriately priced, (on the higher side since it is seafood) but a good value. Loved the cocktail sauce served with the apps. The bacon wrapped shrimp was so yummy and the batter on the calamari hit the spot too! Can definitely skip the house salad, but thought the salmon was cooked well and the Alfredo sauce on the pasta dish was perfect. The service is very slow though so beware. We didn’t mind since we were able to chat and talk with our group, but it was not quick or as attentive as you might hope for. Our server though was kind and friendly, but it did take a long time (an hour) for the food to come out. Would eat here again and would recommend!

Annual trip from Birmingham to D&L Seafood. Best seafood in Huntsville area. Delicious food as always. Top notch service. Quick seating, reasonable prices for seafood.
Definitely recommend this place.
See you next year.

WOW!!! Awesome food and our waitress, whose name is Adora, was outstanding!! I highly recommend the seafood gumbo with sausage & egg rolls as an appetizer and the large fried shrimp for a main entree. The slaw is not vinegar based so I really enjoyed it with the hush puppies. My wife had the Shrimp Alfredo with broccoli and it was fantastic.

Perfect perfect perfect !! Their steak tops highend steak houses!! Plump, juicy and seasoned just right !! I was impressed!! I did not have to get suited up to buy a $74 steak t I get the taste!! Awesome and satisfies with this local joint..nice atmosphere, regular folks here. Pricing is good....i will make the trip backand I am 2 hours away..

Small, but really good. I had the shrimp and grits, which was excellent. Kids had popcorn shrimp, which they enjoyed. My wife had grilled redfish and scallops. I tried her redfish and liked it as well. Will definitely be back.

After living in South Florida for years, I have been disappointed in the seafood near Huntsville. But this place located in Athens nonetheless was awesome!!!

This is no joke...I tried the gumbo... perfection. Had a real nice heat to it and excellent flavor. Also got the grilled snapper... fish was cooked to absolute perfection. My buddy got the fish tacos and said they were excellent. I was completely surprised by how good the food was at this somewhat hidden location... you wouldn't expect food this good from a place in a strip mall. I can't wait to go back with my wife and try some of their other dishes.
