Took a hour and half to get sat at a table after we was told 30 mins.. we understood it was a little busy. Then we ordered our food. We ordered 2 WELL done burgers and they came out raw. Although we did get the price taken off for the burgers bcuz we didn’t have time to wait for 2 more to be cooked . The amount of fries we received was ridiculous. Chicken tenders was the overcooked. Just not a good good experience all around. Also didn’t have dinnerware to sit us with and had to ask multiple times after our table received their salads.Gave a 2 bcuz the server did his best.

This is the second time I’ve ordered to-go from the Athens Al Logan’s. The first time, the server forgot my rolls. I called and was promised extra rolls for my next trip.
Today, Father’s Day, we ordered $250 worth of food and 2 out of 5 steaks were overcooked. I attached a pic of a Med-Rare 7oz Filet. Even the drive home, 20 min, can not overcook meat this much. Then when I asked about my rolls, the server rolled her eyes and walked off. Another server came back with a bag with my current rolls AND my extra ones. That means the other server forgot my rolls AGAIN. This is completely unacceptable!!!

Food was very good but took way too long to get served! One hour & 45 minutes to be exact. After delivery of food the waitress asked if we needed anything. We were missing one side so she went to get that & later we needed drinks refilled & never did get that! Young man who was running front desk was stopped & asked to get our waitress which he did & she still did not come over as they all seemed to be chatting with the men at the bar. Asked another waitress who was taking care of her tables if she could get us a to go box & our ticket. She brought the box & our waitress finally brought the ticket. Total time spent was 2 hours & 25 minutes for 2 people. Sad part was our waitress was training someone & she also was at the bar just chit chatting! Manager was not informed because she too was visiting with the men along with the other waitresses. We won’t be back.

My family and I were beyond impressed from the time the door was opened for us till departure. Our waitress Kat was more than attentive, huge smile at all times, and her personality was top tier. I can not leave out the manager Rodney and the kitchen crew, their smiles and personality were awesome. Definitely will be back!!!

The place was clean. We waited for our server, she took awhile to greet us. Order was placed and it took a longer than normal time for our food to come out. Food was hot and fresh. Tasted very good. The rolls were very hot and covered with butter. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Asked for A-1 sauce. They brought out a sauce in a small container that was similar to A-1 but it was not A-1. Why not say we don't have but we do have our own?

Food was great! Steaks were hot and tasty! Rolls were plentiful and buttery! New drinks available on alcohol menu. The waitress was new but very nice. My only complaint was the appetizer we ordered came out with our main course. We ended up taking it home. The restaurant was pretty clean. The service was good. The atmosphere was good. The prices were pretty much fair. We only had to wait about 20 minutes after signing in.

What a joke. I was passing through Athens, on my way to Nashville, and stopped in to get a steak and beer. They were very slow, only 4 people at the bar, and I sat with a menu for 20 minutes without a drink and without even a mention of ordering food. Meanwhile the bartender was clearing glasses and repeatedly hanging out with what I assume were regulars. She couldn’t have shown any clearer that travelers are not welcomed. Don’t bother stopping here if you are traveling. Big waste of time and I walked out and went over to Whataburger. I would give a zero if I could.

Probably the best Logan's Roadhouse I have been to. The service was excellent; my server was attentive and prompt with all of my food and drink orders. The food is the best I've seen from a Logan's kitchen, though the quality of the meat left something to be desired. The baked potato was cooked well and par for the course for chain restaurants. The most surprising dish was the Caesar salad as the dressing had a small level of heat to it.

All in all the experience was good for me and I would recommend this particular Logan's for people looking for a bite to eat in the area.
