Always a hassle every time you go in the store. The people are not friendly and service is below standards . Would be better if they closed the doors bc no one wants to help . This includes managers who seem to be bothered you asked for a moment of their attention to address customers issues . Constructive criticism is part of the public service industry and those around here do not like anything being asked about or addressed to improve satisfaction for us the Customer. Seems to be about taking our money now and who cares if we have problems or would like certain items available in the store .

Why do you have people checking recipes at the door but they don't check everyone. Please put people back to work running the cash registers and you would not have to check my recipes everything I go out the door. I paid!! Now I think you should pay me everything I have to check myself out due to you not having enough employees. My hourly rate is not no 7.50 an hour either.

I cannot believe that I have been standing at the fitting room waiting for someone to show up to let me in for over 25 minutes now. There was a lady with her son here already waiting for 20 minutes, and nothing. She had her so. Try the clothes right out here. What a shame Walmart! Several employees tried to get me help. But still waiting. FINALLY… someone showed up that just started her shift. Where is management during all this time????

I am new to Alabama, and have recently started shopping with Walmart since being here. I visit this location every few weeks, and make a large trip out of it.

This morning, the Saturday before Easter, I went to get my groceries for the month & food for Easter. One of my last items to be scanned did not have a barcode, and the cashier motioned and verbally requested assistance from a younger black woman, who I can only assume was one of the managers on shift. This woman was not occupied, and looked directly at us, and walked away. Did not offer any assistance, did not even acknowledge the associate helping us.

At this point, we were standing there, nearly $300 in groceries later, with a lane of people behind us, waiting for some assistance. The associate handled the situation very well, but I felt embarrassed for her.

The fact that this woman was able to ignore the associate in front of customers on a busy morning really speaks for the kind of work environment Walmart hosts for their employees. Nobody should be forced to work underneath someone who is lazy, and unwilling. I hope Walmart looks closer into this, and realizes that a lack of work ethic and respect are not qualities you need for someone within management, especially FIRST thing in the morning. Shameful.

Shopped at the Walmart in Sylacauga, Al. Found a great parking spot. Greetings as we entered the store. Friendly people work there. A larger selection to choose from in the womens clothing. Found a toaster oven that I had been looking for at a great price! Located more bargains. Wait, we then went to the grocery side. All departments were stocked and areas were clean. We even purchased crackers that haven't gotten in a long time. A little wait time for checking out. Cashier was customer service and nice. Enjoyed the afternoon at Walmart in Sylacauga, Al.

Always moving stuff around and it would be nice to actually have a real person to run the registers. The self checkouts has a person to make sure you do steal while you do their job. I try to avoid this store unless absolutely have to go.

minus 1 1 freaking cashier. we waited in line 20 minutes, the cashier was nice. self checkout only have 2 lines at 1 end and none of the othere were even open.

was a great store until they started not keeping the shelves stocked cutting down on the variety of stuff they had and missed the whole store up for you can't find anything now
