I waited for 15 mins and it wasn’t even full.. one car ahead of me… what was the hold up?!! My mash potatoes was unseasoned and so nasty, being stingy with the honey, bread was hard as a rock.. All those kids in there, I understand everyone need a chance but it need to be more experienced to help the kids out! Food used to be GOOD.. Waist of funds!

I pulled up to order and was asked to hold please. I waited for 15 minutes with no update or change. The parking lot was basically empty and I was the only car in line- so I don't understand what the delay was. At the very least, I would have appreciated an employee stating the reason for the delay. After reading the other reviews, I see this is a common occurrence at this Popeye's location. The building itself also looked run down. My advice: avoid completely and go to the Zaxby's down the street.

I ordered a 3pc white and I noticed the box was so light. The breast meat was the size of a wing n fried so hard that it wasn't any meat on it. I walked back in and explained it to the manager on duty and she said it's nothing she can do about it. Wow! I've never had any bad service ever all the many years I have stopped at this location. Never again will I go there.

Pulled up at the drive through, they asked me to hold. I sat there for 15 minutes before I decided I didn't even want to eat the food. I reversed to get them to come back over the intercom and they asked me to hold again. I'm making this review as I sit in the drive through and will update how long it took plus the quality of food. This is ridiculous, every poor review is accurate on this listing. Also I was the only vehicle in the drivethrough.

I pulled into the drive through at about 3:30pm yesterday, the parking lot was practically empty. The girl came over the speaker and said that she couldn't take any orders for about 30 minutes because a huge crowd of about 30 people just came into the lobby. All I wanted was some red beans and rice, so I pulled up to the window and this skinny white girl with a big hideous ring in her nose said that she couldn't take any drive through orders because of the crowd that just came in. I told her that was ridiculous and drove forward to look into the lobby and there was about six people in there. I give Popeyes a big ZERO !!!

Just a month ago, I rated this five stars. This restaurant is definitely becoming hit or miss. Cleanliness is no longer a priority and there are ALWAYS too many people in the kitchen and NONE cleaning the lobby and tables.
They obviously need new managers that care.

GET IT TOGETHER POPEYES!

Store manager is awful and rude wouldn't replace chicken that had feathers on it. He was cooking with no hair net and spent entire time in his car in parking lot will not come back until he is fired

Pulled up at 7:30 to order, they said it would 15 minutes because they had to cook it. But you could hear them in the speaker laughing, don't have to worry about me ever going unless it's to talk to the manager
