While in town we stopped in for a bite. Been several time and always a pleasant experience. when I tell you the staff is overly helpful and kind here I mean it. They made me feel like family. The food is as alway delicious and consistent. Everything was cooked to order and the meal was great. The interior was clean with everything you could need was there for the asking. Thank you Sylacauga Captain D’s you are a cut above the rest.

Second time I did not get my complete order at the drive thru. Will not answer the phone. Tonight I was shorted one plate which left one family member with no dinner. Went back and was told all the plates ordered were brought out. I bought 5 plates. Only 4 in my bags when I got home. Yes, I should check before leaving but people are waiting in line. The employees should check every order for accuracy before bringing it out!!

A very good place to eat! The fried shrimp and fish were crisp and fresh, the service was friendly and fast, the place was cool and clean. An excellent meal for well under $10.

Food was not as good as it has been in the past. Lady who took our order should have been working at a truck stop, not a restaurant

Ordered white fish fried but gif baked with rice didn’t order abd they didn’t change it

Poor service. Restaurant looked dirty on the inside and outside. Had to wait forever to get order. It's best to cook at home.

Today, a cashier working the dine in and window, one cook and one on the line fixing the orders.. y'all are awesome! The food was hot, fast and delicious all while each of you have a smile! Thank you for your hard work!

I would like to thank Jennifer Goff of the Sylacauga Captain D's for her hard work. Today, and as noted on several other occasions, she was the only one at the front, working the drive through and the inside register. She was doing the job of 3 people, and handling it all with a smile; although, you could tell she was running herself so hard. She was also delivering food to those awaiting their order outside.
I hope Captain D's really appreciates her and pays her for a job well done under such circumstances!
