We were there 30 minutes got our drink after 10 minutes. Took our food order and waited another 20 minutes. We waited and looked to see if they were cooking and no food on the grill. All was outside taking a break I guess. We got up and walked out. The waitress didn't charge us for our tea and she didn't realize we didn't have order. She looked and said it hanging up there and she was sorry. Worse service for a place of business. Will never be back. DOUG NEVER RAN THIS PLACE LIKE THIS NO WONDER PEOPLE DONT WANT TO EAT THERE.

Loved it. The service was amazing. The Is whitress, was very friendly. The staff was smiling like they were have a good time. They seem to be enjoying their job. I Loved it we'll be going back.

Ate here this afternoon at 5:45, Chris and Renaldo are fantastic! Great cooks and very polite! My husband named Renaldo “Cookie 2” ???? we will be back!

They were very helpful and friendly. We had 8 people in our group. They had 2 other big groups, plus several other people. They handled everything like Champs. Great service and food. This was after graduation. We were all very excited.

I've passed huddle house restaurants for years, but this was the first time stopping to eat at one. I was very surprised that the food was really good, very big portions, and far better in quality than waffle house. Shame on me for not trying one sooner, but I'll definitely visit a huddle house again!

I come from a state of the Waffle House so I had to try this new to me place. It's great! They offer everything from breakfast to dinner and at very reasonable prices. The service at the Sylacauga location has been fantastic also!

The food is good and I am always happy to go there but google says that it is open 24 hours and I get off pretty late and when I have things to do I am not able to stop anywhere else I want to get huddle house they're always closed when we go to eat.

Nobody would take my call. Or my order.. Wantedcto place over $200 with 40% tip to every cook and server. Always felt every cook n server deserved at least $40 tips. Been a long time customer. Even if I only ordered a $20 order paid high tips. Shame
