08/10/23 went through and sat at the speaker for forever while we were the only ones in line then the girl finally got on and was rude, went to the window to get the food and we asked for ketchup and the tall girl at the window rolled her eyes and came back with an attitude. we left and opened our 6$ each biscuits and it was TERRIBLE looking! one was burnt and hard as rock, my fiancé wouldn’t eat all of it because he said “it tastes funky” and the other was dry like it had been sitting out for forever it was gross the bacon was so hard it hurt ti bite down on. I usually love this McDonald’s and come here often but the past week or so has been awful got nasty fries the past few days like the grease is never changed and the drinks always have 4 pieces of ice.

Over all nice and quiet places but the parking next to the road is all closed now so you can only parking in the front lot or middle lot. Need to get off and walk all your things down to the spot now

I only ordered a drink and medium fry it took over 20 minutes. I guess they were under staffed it was not clean at all. I wanted an ice tea but I noticed the Ice tea was was left uncovered. We went to get Some milkshakes and MC flurries, but as usual they had no Ice cream. My kids were only mildly disappointed because they expect them not to have ice cream.

Seriously the rudest employees ever. Whoever the money taker was in the first window needs some guidance on how to talk to customers. I can’t understand why it’s so hard to say thank you or have a decent attitude. I understand it’s fast food but dang. No need to be so rude and hateful

We stopped by and got egg mcmuffins, let me tell you I've been all over the U.S. and this was one of the best one I have ever had! Keep up good work!!

This is a nice McDonald's, I always have a pretty okay service coming here. They are always pretty nice, quick, and able to get me through the line fast. The place is clean and looks organized. I like the workers they keep here, and the food is good (just like any other McDonald's lol). I would recommend this place, the service is fast and easy.

I'm a very disgruntled and unpleased customer and that's putting it mildly. I visited the McDonalds at 431 Marietta Rd Springville, Al 35146 on Thursday February 23rd 2023. I ordered a Big Mac Combo and a Fish Filet sandwich only. I specified Fish Filet Sandwich only but was charged for a combo. I told the employee at the first window the amount was wrong and that I only ordered a sandwich with the Big Mac Combo. The employee seemed upset and very short that I advised of this. He went to get his manager James regarding the issue. James wasn't upset that I told him about the error but no one apologized for the mix-up. I can afford two combo's easily that's not the issue. I think the majority of the staff at this store need a class on Customer Service Etiquette. I say this because I have worked as a Quality Analyst for years and while this is a fast food restaurant, I know they are busy all the time they can be more courteous if they (the staff) make an error. When I got to the second window the young man asked me what was my order. I'm not sure why this happened because I was already charged for two combos and had paid for two. The store always have little notes hung in their window to be nice and polite to customers, well that is not the service they are rendering to their customers. The service was not welcoming tonight and I think that they should also practice first being nice and courteous to their customers. Customers will always tell others about their bad experiences and only tell about their good experiences if it's superior service. My experience was a very bad one and it is more about the principle about the service I was given as to why I wrote this review/complaint. I will return to the store if the issue of charging me for a combo when I only requested/received a sandwich is not corrected in two days as James the manager or assistant manager advised me to do. The issue is regarding the poor service and the principal. I don't think anyone should be rushed, or treated like I was this evening. I'm a resident of Springville, not just passing through (not that any customer should be treated this way. I'm one unhappy customer that's sure that my suggestions or complaint will not be addressed.

Great place to stop if you're traveling. You can use the restroom, charge your phone, and eat.
